"I was a little nervous about getting all of our fixtures, plumbing, etc. online for our two bathroom remodels, but decided to bite the bullet and just do it. So thankful I did! I was able to get the high end Kohler products I wanted all in one place! And the website makes it easy to know the 'unseen' plumbing accessories I would need to completely finish the project.

I did decide to use their phone help, and was assisted by a cheerful and helpful Customer Service Representative, Summer Moore, who walked me through 'why' I had to order various valves, etc. She did a great job explaining everything to me and walked me through my entire project to make sure we hadn't forgotten anything.

It's so exciting to see the merchandise show up on our front porch... bathtub, fixtures, plumbing necessities--what an easy way to remodel.
