"have been looking all over for a Koehler cast iron sink which has been near impossible to find due to a fire @ the Koehler plant. called several places - all promised 2 week delivery - called Koehler and they said 8 weeks was the average. eFaucets said 7-8 weeks to their door and another 1-2 to get to mine - the most honest interaction I had with any rep. They reaned my trust and business by being up front and not BSing the wait time.
will see when it actually shows up but the ordering experience was spot on. I opted to call theorder in and spoke with Mel. He was excellent. AND HONEST which is huge to me. He did not know if I needed the sink a week or in 3 months - just told me like it is.

"I would like to express my disappointment with the timing of the shipment of the product I ordered. However before doing so, I want to thank Shawna for going above and beyond to update your company’s website with the product I was looking for. I placed a phone order on May 25, 2018 and never received a shipment confirmation email; so I called customer service on May 31, 2018 to inquire the status of my order. I was told there was a glitch in the system and my order was never placed, but the payment for the order was taken out of my account May 26, 2018 for the order. I was then told at that time, my order would be placed then and would ship out that same day (upgraded to 3 day shipping). However once again, I did not receive an email confirmation for the shippment of the order. Once again, I called customer service on June 2, 2018; to receive status of my order. I was told that since it was the weekend, there was no way to provide a tracking number for my order since the manufacturer company was closed; but from your company’s records showed the product was shipped. On June 4, 2018; I received an email from your company with an updating status stating my order was placed today and received a shipping confirmation. When checking the shipping information; only a label was created today, therefore the item really was not shipped. If I would have known, the process with ordering from your company was going to take this long; I would of never placed an order with your company...I would of ordered directly from the manufacturer company. It should not have taken this long to receive my order. I was charged for shipping for this order, that is taking weeks for me to receive. I now have to wait over 2 weeks for my plumber to come out to my home to finish installing my sink; due to this delay. This has been a very disppointing experience for a first time customer.
Today is 6 June and I still have received the item I ordered. But to add insult, I email the company about my experience on 4 June and have yet to hear back from them...just horrible!!!"
