"Ordered some flowers to be delivered for mothers day (the Super Luxury!). Arrived in a giant box but the flowers were dry and broken. Hardly enough stems to be called a bunch. "lease read the reviews before you use this company! The flowers delivered were dead, moldy and half broken. A bunch for GBP30 went rights into the bin! The customer service is so rediculous that they already sent me 10 same emails claiming that flowers should stay in water for 48hours to recover! Absolute disgraceful! I purchased roses for Valentines day which were of extremely poor quality. I emailed them the issue,with pictures provided . Essentially the flowers died very quickly before ever blooming. I asked for a refund which I did not think would be an issue consider proof was provided and if it was not a regular occurrence for them it would not hit them too hard if this was the exception. Essentially was told some nonsense about having to remove outer petals., which i have never had to do before. So I responded then received an email essentially saying unlucky but we need to know about this within 7 days. Why would i email them whilst the flowers still have a chance of blooming?
Any way do not purchase your flowers from here. Obviously they really want to hang on to your hard earned cash. Extremely disappointing experience.

"Ordered flowers that were just tossed out in a neighbouring street by the delivery driver and then was shocked at the customer service I received when I complained, it took these thieves 11 days to even bother replying.
Flowers were actually dropped at my door by a passerby who told me he had found them lying 2 STREETS AWAY FROM MY HOUSE, the box was opened and the contents damaged but eflorist say it's acceptable and were happy with the condition of the flowers they didn't even see.
Do not order from this crooked company.

"Sent dead flowers some wrong flowers and the delivery driver threw them over the back garden fence and damaged the card. The driver didn't even knock on the door. The images were sent to Eflorist. They ignored everything and said the flower substitutions were within the guidlines of the policy. That policy appears to be to replace them with dead flowers and they think this is acceptable After further contact they say just pull the outer part of the flower off. They are still dead inside
Originally, they tried to suggest that this was normal. After much pressing and photos showing dead flowers after only a couple of days they agreed to send replacements. Sadly, they were hardly any better and had to be thrown after a couple of days due to the same problem. The pictures on the website do not reflect anywhere near what was sent. The flowers were tiny too. I saw some at ASDA earlier for £3 – they would be a much better bet and at a tenth the cost too.

After I asked for the proof of the delivery, eflorist just report my reviews on trustpilot, so other people can not see it.
You can report as many times as you like, for those who happen to see this, just Google 'eflorist reviews', you will see the truth of this company.
On the trustpilot, there is another 'Eflorist' section, which is separate to the one with all the bad reviews.
When you post some bad reviews there, suddenly there will be all the good reviews pop out to overwhelm your bad review.

"Avoid and use a local firm
Order a spring pop super luxury from the site 1 week before valentines day (2020) for delivery on the 14th to my wife's office.
Delivery turned up at 5:30 pm after everybody but the security guard had left. Customer services at Eflorist quits at 5pm so I couldn't contact them.
Complained via their site form, and got a curt email 2 days later saying it had been delivered. When further pressed was told sorry but T&Cs say we can delivery till 9pm.
Wont be using this company again as they are poor on delivery and very poor on customer service"
