"Awful customer service and even more horrendous flowers. I ordered a so called luxury bouquet for my mum and she received eight wilted stems. I was horrified and embarrassed to have sent them, they looked cheap and half dead. I could have bought a much nicer bunch from a supermarket for a third of the price. Do not buy from this company! "
"Don’t waste your money
I purchased a luxury bunch of flowers for my granny as it was the anniversary of her son (my fathers) death. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement!! I contacted eflorist straight away when the dead bunch of less than quarter arrived. There was no sympathy, they didn’t care, and told me to wait 48 hours. All the leaves were limp and what few flowers that were there were brown. I will never use this company again and I’ll make sure everyone knows the terrible experience we have suffered. On what was already a sad day, to receive dead flowers was the biggest insult! Disgraceful company!"
"Brought flowers for mums 70th they were a very poor bunch contacted customer service who basically didnt care.
Would of been happy with a replacement but they declined so sent back full bunch after contacting paypal and they still refuse to refund.
They are a con company who take your money and sell you crap. And customer service is clearly not something they are trained in. "
"I bought 2 bunches of Flowers from this company for my wife birthday and I would go to say that they are the worst flowers we have ever seen, I could have picked a better bunch from the dead ones in my garden. The Christmas gold pot was supposed to come in a porcelain pot with a candle in the middle of the flowers, but instead they were delivered in a box with no water and the candle was handed to my wife separately. The other bunch I ordered were supposed to be a luxury bunch but they were far from it and just chucked together. I have complained to their so called customer service department via email and I have even tweeted them with no help whatsoever, The customer service department is none existent and they should be ashamed of there service. These 2 bunches of flowers cost me over £106.00, I was so embarrassed when my wife got the flowers I had to apologise to her. If you are reading this take my advice and NEVER order flowers from this appalling company. There are a lot of other Reproable companies out there that would appreciate your custom more than this company does. I will never buy from these AGAIN."

"Shocking customer service and complaints process, flowers received 4 days late and mostly dead and dying. Emailed to resolve but lengthy process and not willing to offer anything other than a refund. I asked specifically not to refund until complaint resolved and I had agreed to the outcome, however they decided to choose their own course of action and to refund and close my complaint. Was told to send in complaint through post, no response after a week, also no response from CEO email sent a week ago. No customer care, terrible complaints process and just a refund for sending dead flowers, such an insult to not re-issue the flowers, no regard for TCF whatsoever - AVOID"
"Disgrace. Ordered bouquet for my sisters 50th birthday for same day delivery the day before to ensure she got them. Order confirmed at 13.50 12 June. Email received at 14.44 to advise unable to deliver same day but would deliver next day (her actual birthday) so accepted this. Text received at 15.04 13th June to say flowers out for delivery. Never arrived. My sister was in the house afternoon and they had her telephone number. After complaining was told this morning that they had been delivered today 14th June and left outside the house (torrential rain here). My sister flew to Paris this morning for her birthday so outside the house the flowers will stay until she gets back. Thanks eFlorist for taking £42.94 for the worst service ever. Also told this morning that no refund as no guarantees are given for delivery. Why say Same Day Delivery if Ordered by 3pm if you can't do it? Why ask for a telephone number in case of delivery issues and not use it? Thanks for spoiling my gift to my sister and taking my money with nothing in return.

"I too was caught out by this joke of a company, like so many of the people writing reviews on here. I was going to write a bad review but thought it would be more helpful to advise those conned by this company to chase and demand a full refund just like I did. If you paid by credit card or debit card card and this joke of a company is refusing to give you a refund then please note that yous all have rights so phone your bank and raise it as a dispute to get your money back, just tell your bank that you want to raise a chargeback claim for the transaction because the flowers were not as advertised, not delivered on time, extremely poor quality etc.
We can't let this joke of a company get away with stealing your money. Especially when its clear to see that eflorist are on this website writing their own fake good reviews in an attempt to try and counteract all the honest bad reviews. It is obvious to see the good reviews are fake because the good reviews are all verified purchases.
As I said, my advice is to demand a full refund and if they refuse then call your bank and tell your bank you want to raise a dispute or a chargeback claim for the transaction.
Everybody please do this now and stop them getting away with stealing your money."
"I ordered what I thought would be a large bouquet of flowers for £29.99 and I received SMALL flowers wrapped in gift wrap. I do not think this is acceptable for a paying customer to receive such a poor product. The product I received was definitely not worth £29.99 and I cannot believe that a Company as prestigious as this would wrong paying customers like this. I was also promised a card with my flowers which I did not receive. I am extremely disappointed with the product that I received, i’m too embarrassed to give it to my Mother for Mothers Day."
"Never order from this company the flowers are rubbish, the delivery was a such high standard they had to get Yodel to deliver the flowers, and it was fantastic playing the guess game on the ETA, it took Yodel the whole day to deliver the flowers, and when the flowers finally arrived it was dead, lifeless and dried, flowers turned up not in any type of water and the box which the flowers was in was damaged so was the flowers, I wasn’t expected the flowers to be in a box, wow such high standard!, Eflorist you could of ruined the occasion anymore, and the day, I should’ve gone to Tesco or sainsbury’s or even Pound stretchers, If you want disappointment then I will definitely recommended this cowboys to you, even the cows can run a better flower delivery company then them

As others have posted, I ordered flowers for my wifes birthday. They were sent via a local florist. The flowers arrived but were not the 'LARGE' bunch that I ordered. Instead these were a bunch of flowers that could have been purchased from Tesco or Morrisons for around £8-10.
I contacted the florist, and she gave me a response of these were to value - i.e. this is what they are worth - complete and utter rubbish.
I conducted EFLORIST and all they did was reel off the same rubbish reply from the florist, with no actual offer to help, or rectify the issue.
A warning to others, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with these people.
Unhelpful and the product appears to be of poor quality."
