"They advertise same day delivery but were unable to do this for an order done at noon. The excuses were poor and the customer service refused to address the points I raised and did not even try to give any reason why they couldn't offer compensation except that they were unable to. Poor service for what I thought was a luxury priced product, I suggest you find an alternative supplied. I do not plan to use them in the future."
"Dead rotten flowers, absolutely disgraceful."
"I ordered flowers for my mum. I was so embarrassed when I saw them. They looked NOTHING like the bouquet online.
I contacted the company and sent them all the photos they asked for then heard nothing back!
I won’t use this company again and advise you to avoid them.
"
"Absolutely shocking. Received wilted flowers as a gift. Sent photo. They agreed they were not up to standard and would replace but had to jump through hoops with info I did not have (as they were a gift). Told them not to bother if it was so much hassle and communication ceased!!!! Much better places around"
"Do not use eflorist. I ordered flowers for same-day delivery but was informed they don't deliver the same day, OK, no problem. The delivery was to a hospital in Lincoln, shouldn't be an issue. No delivery. Three days later I check and it's been cancelled by eflorist for no reason, no contact, no refund. I contact eflorist who apologised and offered to send them again, no offer of anything else. I accepted. Once again, the order was cancelled by them, no reason, no refund, nothing. Sadly, or fortunately for my flower deliver, my friend is still in hospital so I've ordered them from another florists. Same day delivery this time."

"I’ve ordered flowers via eFlorist many times before and over a number of years, and until recently, have been happy enough with the service I’ve received. However, that all came to an abrupt end with my recent Mother’s Day order. No flowers arrived and no delivery was made. Despite the repeated emailed contacts I made with ‘Customer Services’ I got no response—no reply at all—and no acknowledgement that anything had gone wrong. (Trying to get through on the ‘phone was a complete waste of time).
Something certainly appears to have gone wrong with this company recently (in point-of-fact a subsidiary of ‘Euroflorist’); the service is not what it once was, and the ‘Customer Services’ department is a travesty of the name. It is as if—having become a much larger company now based elsewhere in Europe—‘eFlorist’ feels that its customers no longer matter as much. When you read the many negative reviews online, you get the impression of a company succumbing to cynicism and a lack of customer care. Like other disappointed customers, I would urge anyone wanting to send some colour, light, pleasure and happiness to loved ones to use a different company. There are enough to choose from, so don’t waste your time and money on this one; it can’t always be relied upon.
Although I have now received a full refund on my credit card, I’ve still not received any replies to my emails—no explanation, no apology, and no expression of regret. I could really have done without the aggravation and time wasted writing successive emails, attempting to get through on the ‘phone, and writing this review (!) (I’ve honestly got better things to do..). Remember: ‘eFlorist’ is not a Florist but a relay company—and it seems it can’t always be relied upon to do that very well either. To order via ‘eFlorist’ at present appears to be a gamble; you might get lucky much-or most-of the time, but the uncertainty and the incidence of loss still seems unacceptably high. When it goes wrong, it’s already too late; all that’s left is disappointment.
I’m left feeling that I’d have been better buying flowers from my local flower-shop or supermarket and delivering them myself.. (Admittedly, it would have been an eight-hour drive there & back but it would not really have cost me a great deal more—and I would have got see my Mum (!). I certainly shan’t be ordering via ‘eFlorist’ again. I’ll follow my own advice, and try one of the other companies who can provide a Flower Delivery Service, and who might also value me as a customer.
‘Or perhaps a locally-based florist (—a real one) closer to the recipient is actually the answer..

"Terrible flowers and "customer service" the same. Dont use them !
Ordered 50 red roses from this lot for my wife. Had them delivered to her work. When they arrived half were well passed their best. By three days after the delivery, I came home to find my wife had binned them all as by this time they were all dead.
Contacted customer service who simple asked for a picture, to which I asked them if they wanted the picture taken on them in the bin?
They then said that they were not preparred to do anything.
Dont use this company, their flowers are terrible and their customer service is worse!"
"Please, please DO NOT BUY Flowers from this company they have messed me around since the 23 Feb. I arranged for flowers to a sick colleague only for them not to get delivered. I rearranged for them to be redelivered again they were not delivered even though I had contacted them and made sure the address was correct and arranged another date. Again it was delivered to a wrong address. They offered me a refund. 10 days later I was still waiting on the refund. I had by now bought flowers from M&S (Much nicer) and was out of pocket £25 and had still not received the refund so chased them up. I was told I was now not getting it. No reason, other than it was now my fault it was delivered to the wrong address????? Really? How??? They have now stopped answering my e-mails and I have not received any refund. Save yourself some hassle, time and money purchase your flowers somewhere else you so do not need to get them here."
"They sent the wrong flowers on 11th to my mother. I sent them an email the same day with a picture of the flowers
13th they responded asking for a picture of the wrong flowers
13th I resent the picture
20th they get back to me saying they got it wrong and offered to send replacement flowers and asked for a day I would like them sent.
20th I asked for them to be sent on 23rd as it was my Mothers Birthday
23rd they get back to me saying they cant deliver until 26th
The front page says that if you order by 3pm they can deliver the same day!
Will you trust them with your flowers?"
"I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday and they were never delivered. I provided friend's number but they never contacted her. I called customer service and they said it would be delivered but nothing happened. In addition to that, they didn't follow up on my request to cancel order and refund after the order wasn't delivered for 3 days."
"Ordered large bouquet for my mum 7 days before mother's day . Accepted that the Sunday was booked up so I took the Saturday.
They arrived on the MONDAY . I email for a refund and have had no reply. Does anyone know the tel number . Anyone reading this will be well advised to stay away from this scam.
When the flowers did arrive they were horrible.
All tulips .... no variation and over 30 quid lighter . Please take time to show these people up . I am going to chase my refund and contact Martin Lewis company . Let's shut these lot down . If you've had a bad experience let the public know . "
"Ordered a bouquet for mother’s day. Arrived a day late and the flowers were practically dead. No response from customer services and their phone line is constantly engaged. Read the comments left on their Facebook posts and you’ll see that it seems to be the norm. Terrible, terrible company. "
"Until recently eFlorist used local florists, charged a hefty delivery fee, but things arrived on time and were of a high quality. And then corners got cut. They now use Royal Mail (and we all know that means a fair chance of delay/non delivery) and can only promise to get flowers to people within 1-2 business days of the date you request. Has the delivery fee dropped - no it's still hefty. And if you ask why this wasn't clear, you'll be told it was/is and it's your fault for being the fool who agreed to it. After five years of recommending eFlorist, I now can't warn enough people off them."
"Ordered on Wed 7th march for delivery on the 9th for mothers day, got an email confirmation to say that had been dispatched on Thursday the 9th, but as of today the 12th still no flowers. have tried calling them to be on hold for over 35 minutes, have sent 2 emails and a facebook messenger to be ignored !. I have just had to pay another florist to get some flowers delivered today, I am now out of pocket and want a refund, but you just can't get through to them !. Avoid "!"
