Not deliver everything

"Flowers were fantastic and delivered on my partners birthday which was great as this was during lockdown
However they never delivered the candle and prosecco that I paid for very annoyed about this, very poor of them not to deliver.
I am assuming will get a refund for this

Beautiful flowers

"I ordered a bouquet for my mum's birthday as she is in lockdown and haven't been able to get to see her which is very hard. The flower's arrived on the morning of her Birthday and to quote her were 'absolutely and I mean absolutely beautiful'. Thankyou so much for making my mum's Birthday a bit better and I would definitely recommend you to all my friends and family "

STAY AWAY

"I have wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a bouquet of flowers. I have decided to pick this company as I loved the look of one of the bouquets and thought it was suitable for a guy as well as woman. The process of ordering was very simple and I’ve managed to make an order within minutes. However soon after I’ve noticed the bad reviews of the company, and the reality pictures of the bouquets, the size and quality both weren’t matching the pictures and descriptions. I’ve decided to cancel my order as I would rather give my boyfriend nothing than being embarrassed for what he’s received. I’ve emailed the company straight away (40 minutes after placing an order) and they got back to me about 10 minutes after. Assuring that they’ll let the florist know to cancel the order. I’ve waited for an email back for a day, the next day i got an email back letting me know that they can’t cancel my order because they’ve already printed out the label. What a joke. Fair enough if the flowers were out for a delivery, but it’s a **** label that cost them few ps, if that. They have said in the email that due to high demand due to covid19 they are making the orders as soon as they get them. However when I’ve phoned up, they said that the label had only been printed off today, which means that when the email was sent about cancellation, my order wasn’t started yet. The person on the call then lied about not getting any emails from me when the company have literally emailed me back saying they are gonna cancel at the start. The person on the phone soon after ended the call with ‘I’ll look in to it and call you back’. I haven’t got a call back still! Emailed them again, and guess what, no answer. I’ve already ordered a bouquet from another company and it would be stupid if those **** flowers come too, all i asked is to cancel an order, it’s not like the flowers were already out for delivery or prepared. Oh yeah i forgot that it’s the printed out label that decides whether i can cancel order or not. Absolutely shocking customer service. Would give no stars if I could. Stay away, and do research before ordering from here, it’s really not worth it. "

Making an elderly lady's birthday very happy

"Unable to go shopping because of the pandemic, I chanced upon the E.Florist website and bought a floral decoration for my wife's 82nd birthday. She is delighted with the result, including the enclosed prosecco and Guylian chocolates. The box was brought to our door at the right moment! Poor quality not as advertised.

"I am very dissatisfied with the flowers I ordered. For the money I paid, I didn't expect what resembled something that would cost less than £10 in a petrol station. They did not look like the picture advertised online. Having complained and been told to wait 48hrs for them to "fill out" and then being told my complaint won't be taken any further. Bad customer service, dishonest advertising and a total rip off. Very unhappy customer and would not recommend this company.

Lovely flowers

"The only problem I had that they're courier company they didn't email me in the morning and they emailed me when it was going to be dispatched with a tracking number and when it was going to delivered I got the email the same time as I received my parcel but eflorist sorted it out and the flowers are amazing "

"As I was stranded in Malaysia during the Covid-19 lockdown I ordered flowers with complimentary chocolates for my Mum's Birthday back in the UK. The ordering process was straight forward, price was great and the flowers arrived with my Mum on the date I specified. My mum was delighted with the quality of the flowers and chocs. Will definately use this service again. "

A Bad Experience

"I thought it would be nice to order some flowers for my sister inlaw 60th birthday so I purchased the Spring Pop with the additional gifts. When the flowers were delivered most of the petals were wilted and dropping off the so called bouquet was just wrapped in a bit of paper and not in water for it's transit. When I contacted customer service I was shocked at the response given I supplied photos as proof and and told them they had ruined my surprise for my sister inlaw all I got back was to put the flowers which were limp in water and send a picture in 48hrs. What a waste of my money and what a let down. I had to purchase another bouquet from another florist."
