I ordered flowers for my best friends 30th as it was the most I could do during the current situation.
What she received was dying flowers which looked NOTHING like the picture.
They responded to my complaint immediately with a “canned” response as follows:
“Taking a look at the image that you have been kind enough to send, it appears that many of the flowers in the arrangement are still in bud. This may explain why you feel it looks sparse at this stage.
Please follow the care instructions provided and you should see the arrangement come into full bloom within 2 days and look a great deal closer to what you had seen online”.
After I went back to this response a few days later with photo proof that the flowers did not miraculously bloom, they eventually (after several days of ignoring me) responded as follows:
“Having reviewed the photograph you have been kind enough to provide, we are pleased to see that these flowers are fresh, have met the colour scheme of the advertised product and are to value”.
Absolute NONSENSE. You have to be blind or dumb to suggest the flowers are fresh and meet the advertisement. They are clutching at straws trying to justify the atrocity that was delivered.
You only have to look at the comparison picture to see the flowers (unfortunately I don’t see an option to share the pic):
Are Dead (not fresh as they suggest).
They did not bloom (unsurprisingly) .
Have not met the colour scheme of the product ordered (are they blind?).
I ordered a bunch of pink and white flowers that was FULL and vibrant. They sent a handful of dying flowers which were dying and a fraction in size of the abundant bunch I had purchased - not to mention with an extortionate amount of greenery that is NOT “as advertised” on the picture !!!! There is barely any green in sight on the advertisement.
The colours do not match at all. There is absolutely zero similarity between the photos on the website and the reality of the flowers received.
It only comes to my attention now that there are hundredssssss of complaints of this exact same nature so it seems this is what they do. They wangle peoples money, send out absolute crap to customers then use their canned responses to fob people off. I only wish I had seen the complaints beforehand. "

"To say I am disappointed with my order is an under statement. I could not believe the condition the flowers were in on arrival. They arrived after 4pm on Monday 4th May as a Birthday present for my Mum.

"Purchased a 'luxury' bouquet for £31+ 6 delivery. Reduced from £40. A boxed, unarranged bouquet nearly half the size of the image advertised was delivered, flowers battered by the free chocolates i didn't even want. After emails and numerous pictures i sent them they dismissed my expression of dissatisfaction despite me pointing out there was 30% less roses in my bouquet vs the image on their website which only shows the luxury bouquets in order to mislead buyer's. Use a high street florist if you can or buy flowers from the supermarket instead. Will never use again having been a first time user.
Their emailed responses are cut and paste as seen now in other feedback so they have no interest in customer service"
