"ordered 50 red roses for my wife on our anniversary and received 6 pink ones with brown trims as they were old and dying.
Initial response was quick, they asked for a photo of the rubbish flowers, which I sent, but I havent heard since despite emails requesting a refund.
I think I'll be taking this up with Trading Standards"
"I ordered flowers from this company for a seriously sick friend.flowers arrived next and to my embarrassment they were what can only be described as a mess.they delivered a completely different bouquet from the ones I ordered and paid for,the ones they did deliver were cheap and depressing looking.they were limp and hanging loose from their arrangement and half the flowers were wilted and brown around the petal edges(DEAD) this company supposebly guarantees 7 days freshness.we didn't get 7 minutes.complained to them by email same day but didn't receive a reply until 2 days later.told to send a picture of the flowers to them and they would investigate.i can only do this by post and this would take at least a week before I would get replacement never mind a refund.doesnt matter that they sent the wrong flowers in the first place never mind the condition they were sent in.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE YOU WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A SHOP WERE YOU CAN SEE PROPERLY THAT YOU ARE GETTING EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR"
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered two bunched of the waltz in deluxe so expected the bunches to be 50% more than the photo which showed standard. the flowers came in a tiny box and were rubbish. Fair enough the flowers needed to be put in water to liven them up but two days later they are just pathetic in size still. I wrote to the company to complain and after many emails and photos shared.. they said they were happy with the flowers AND THAT WAS IT!!. SCAM for money and so not worth the prices! I have had to go to supermarket and buy more flowers and adapt the bunches and arrange them so that they look better. Wish I had done this in the beginning!"
"Have used eflorist a few times, I have never seen the flowers, but those that I have sent them to say the are really lovely, but they droppded in estimations on last delivery (today) sent the wrong flowers and the wrong card, It was the same address as a previous delivery, but different name and just supposed to be single rose! Not happy as it was a special reason to send. Complained as soon as I found out, to their credit the correct one was delivered shortly after call, they did say they would upgrade and add chocolates, but I gather that did not happen !"
"Shockingly bad. Do not spend your money with these people. I've sent mothers day flowers via this company two years running and am extremely disappointed. This year, on Mothers day at 4pm I get an email to tell me they weren't able to deliver until the next day. Last year they were delvered to my mother at 6pm and were half the size I paid for and were withering. Dutch company with no customer services. "
"First time I have ordered from eFlorist and will definitely be the last!!! Bought some flowers for my mum for Mothers Day and the flowers were SHOCKING - looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the website!!! They looked like I had bought £5 worth of flowers from a supermarket!! Or a child had picked some flowers from the garden. TERRIBLE! It was a big mistake trying another company, will definitely go back to using Interflora. Also I requested the flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day but they were delivered 3 days earlier - so what was the point in me requesting the date to be delivered on my order?"
"I spend 34£ with discount came to 32£ I was looking for a unique flowers for my mums 50th Birthday that can stand out. When we received it i was wondering why she not taking picture of flowers as she usually does. I found out they sent totally basic flowers you can get in Tesco for 5£
I was shocked, its disaster. SImple explanation was from them is that they give permission to florist to make what they have in seasons. How ever i don't care what is seasons or not you should not put this flowers for sale. I left email and contact number. They never contacted me, To ask if i'm okay with different flowers and style. They ruined the Birthday GIFT and a day. Its so embarrassing when person receiving flowers and they LOOK so POOR as if you didn't put much effort.
I will never recommend them to any one. Or buy from them ever again. Opened a case on Pay pal to dispute this issues get a refunds. "

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines. They did not arrive. As you can imagine that is not good news. Worse still is the total lack of customer service from Eflorist when I asked for my refund. No replies despite 3 requests and, of course, no refund.
I am going back to Interflora for all my flowers in future."
"The service from eflorist is disgusting to say the least, they confirm the flowers will be delivered on valentines day didnt turn up and didnt even message me to offer a solution for this. After sending countless emails waiting for a replys i still havnt got one. For a company not to have a phone line to voice your complaints is a obsolute disgrace, i will be letting my friends and family know how bad eflorist are and will inform everyone i know not to use yourselves every again!!!!"

"I placed an order on Sunday for same day delivery to thank my mum, she received the flowers at about 5pm, which was great. But when she sent me a picture of the flowers I was absolutely disgusted and speechless! I ordered the 'vibrant Carousel' which looks lovely on their website, nice bright colours and lovely flowers and cost £26.60 + £7.95 delivery charge, however the flowers she received looked like a small bunch of cheap flowers from a local corner shop/small supermarket which would cost no more then £5.00! They were not vibrant at all and looked dowdy, non-descript colours, none of the flowers on the website were received. I was so angry that I sent an email on Sunday evening along with a picture of what my Mother received and I have still not received a response, I have since chased them for a response.
I would not recommend this company."
"Terrific service in the no man's land between Christmas and New Year. Ordered Saturday morning of 28 December and the flowers arrived that evening. My sick relative was delighted. Quality was terrific. Excellent customer relations. Was rather concerned at some negative reviews but my experience has been first class. Flowers were for Esher area. Perhaps other areas are not so well served by excellent florists. "

I asked a rep named Nijam for advice on stock and he completely over supply me on what it really should be. I will never use his company again. "These guys are cowboys, do not buy from these guys, I repeat do not buy from these guys. When the flowers turned up, they looked they have been round the world a few times, the petals were going brown, the roses looked tired and well past there sell by date. I have tried to email them with no reply, they have no phone number, you may as well throw your money down the toilet before buying from these guys. I wouldn't even send there own flowers to there funeral."

I ordered a Cymbidium on 10th March for my girlfriend´s birthday (next day, 11th March) with eFlorist UK http://www.eflorist.co.uk
Given that during the day I noticed that nothing was delivered, I tried to contact them on their email to make sure that everything was fine. No answer. It´s funny because I would´ve wanted to phone them directly, but this provider does not have any contact number, just an email!!! Emailed again, no answer. As a consequence, no delivery on my GF´s birthday.
Next day arrives. I expect at least an email explaining what happened and why, but nothing at all. Emailed them again, and, wonder what? NO ANSWER. So 40 pounds thrown to the litter… It´s a complete internet fraud, please, don’t trust them.
I will update this review when they show up –if they exist."
