"I have ordered a bouquet of roses to be delivered on the 14th of February (today) to surprise my beloved valentine.
I have been waiting all morning for the delivery but it never came so I have decided to track the parcel online and to my surprise I have read the following: "Parcel left safe on front porch at 8:01 AM". Instead of having a good morning I have spent an hour looking for my parcel everywhere and asking my neighbours if they have received it. After calling the delivery company (Yodel) they have told me they will start an investigation and get back to me on Monday. Pathethic service.

Now I understand that perhaps Yodel is to blame here because of their incompetent couriers that cannot even ring the bell, but eFlorist should know how important it is to receive flowers on the actual day you want them so they should have used a proper delivery company instead of these clowns. And the worst part is that eFlorist do not have a contacnt number so I had to write an email instead. Still waiting for a reply and a refund.

x12 roses

what i received was more greenery and leaves than anything.. the roses were wilted,discoloured and bruised and on top of that the size of the roses were unbelievably small,, less that 1/4 size of what was advertised,

absolutely disgraceful a total rip-off, i could have got better flowers from any corner shop for under £10, and these people call them selves florists?

I cant even contact the company because their contact page is not available,,,
im in 2 minds whether to throw them straight in the bin i feel embarrassed giving anyone the flowers i just received.

"I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. They did not arrive on the day or the day after with no notification. I had to ask my sister if they had arrived. Next day I emailed eflorist. 10 days later I got a reply asking if I wanted a refund or free upgrade to which I replied saying I wanted a refund. No refund given. Emailed again. Received an automated reply saying they would contact me within 48 hours. Still waiting a week later. Telephoned to ask and was told the money would be refunded. I asked for a manager to contact me. No contact from manager, no refund has yet been received. Telephoned again. Web site says 3 to 5 days for refund. Person I spoke to says 10 working days. I have asked for a manager to call me back. I am not expecting to hear anything. My 10 working days is up next week - I wonder if the money will have been refunded or if I will have to make another call. I have given this one star as I had to. Actually it should be no stars for no service."

"rubbish, didn't get my flowers and nor did i get my refund, no birthday flowers or chocolate box received... very annoying, cant be bothered trying to call their chargeable call back number...... never again, that's for sure!!!!!!! WA1003305 no matter, there is much better elsewhere...."

" Appaling Customer Service. Flowers Never Arrived.
Appalling customer service. 3 days after ordering flowers for my very ill sister, they still hadn't arrived, despite receiving an e-mail 3 days before saying the flowers had been dispatched.

I just wasted 20 minutes of my lunch break on hold trying to contact eFlorist customer services, to only be told when they finally picked up the phone they; "couldn't find any record of the order". Hmm, despite my bank showing the payment had been taken from my account within minutes of me placing the order!! I was assured the lady would call me back "asap" once she had tracked the order.

Guess what folks? She didn't bother to call back. I yet again had to call back, very upset and frustrated by now, only to be told by another woman, well, i can see the order, but it's one of those things- it's been "lost in the post". When i said i would in the least expect a refund and for them to resend the flowers, I was told, "that's not company policy. You choose one or the other."

So the first woman said there was no record of the order, but strangely the second one I spoke to found the order immediately? Okay...

The woman then proceeded to argue with me when i said their customer service was appalling, and they clearly don't value customers, and the least they could do as a gesture of goodwill would be to issue a refund and re-send the flowers. She then rather curtly told me; "If you went and brought trousers in Marks and Spencers and they weren't right, they wouldn't give you another pair plus a refund." Not the best of analogies really seen as though i had received an e-mail basically untruthfully stating the flowers had been dispatched, then experienced truly away customer service with someone saying they would call back, then not bothering to.

I am very upset the flowers never arrived, and I wouldn't touch this terrible company ever again.

"Ordered flowers this morning at 10:10am, spent 50£ but also used a discount voucher, even though i read the reviews i thought i would give this website a go. I rang them up explaining that these need to be done by 3pm and that they need to be of a high quality. these were for my girlfriends birthday. By 1:30pm i got a phone call by girlfriend who was overwhelmed by the flowers that had been delivered to her. She sent me a photograph of the flowers and they identical, if not better than the ones i ordered!!! i also ordered a vase with them which came with it aswel and even that turned up. i had no problems with this service and would use them again!! "

"I ordered a £75 bouquet of flowers and paid an extra £8 for same day delivery. The flowers weren't delivered and i didn't receive a phone call to advise me of this, just an email at 5.15pm. It was way too late to re-arrange anything. I had an email offering upgrade or refund. I emailed back to complain and received an automated rely telling me they would get back to me in 48 hours!

I cancelled the order and am still waiting for my refund. I ordered a new bouquet the next day with inter flora which were delivered in 3 hours! Lesson learnt - i will only be using inter flora in future! The most frustrating thing was that i only ordered with them because they advertised same day delivery!! I will definitely be avoiding in the future. Not just because of the failure to deliver, but mostly because of the poor follow up service.

"Failed to deliver (twice). Failed to refund.

Ordered flowers as a birthday gift, but eFlorist failed to deliver them. Worse still, I was not contact by phone about this issue. Rather, I was send an email late in the day which prevented me from seeking alternative gifts.

I requested redelivery for the next day (now a belated birthday gift), and again eFlorist failed to delivery the flowers. Again, no phone call, just an automated email at the end of the day.

I then requested a full refund, but after two weeks I had still ne received my money back. I contacted them again to learn that they had failed to process my refund. A week on, and I am still waiting.

Will never use this company again.

"Ordered a large bouquet of flowers to be delivered on the day of an anniversary, eFlorist delivered the wrong flowers. This was obviously a small problem, and to a point acceptable if eFlorist resolves the issue. This is where eFlorist are poor, multiple emails sent while receiving emails stating 'please leave 48hours for our staff to reply' with zero luck, only to have a single email back where the person obviously hadn't read my email. Only solution was to raise a PayPal dispute, wasting all of our time, safe to say I would never advise or use eFlorist again! "

"eflorist.co.uk are ok but to be honest I think I will deal with the local florist directly. It is cheaper and you get to talk to a human being when something is wrong.
I could moan about my last two orders but that was down to miss communication between website and florist so dealing with the florist directly stops it from happening again.

To be honest... Don't use them. I am not going to chance a third time going wrong. My last order I had no response from eflorist. No confirmation email, no email to say they received my message regarding my last order arriving wrong, no communication from them at all.

"Ordered flowers to be delivered to my parents on Christmas eve. Received an email from them on Christmas eve afternoon stating they could not deliver them for At Least 7 days. I was therefore offered a refund which I immediately requested and two weeks later am still waiting for. I have had to raise a dispute with paypal to try and get my money back and am still waiting!"
