"Ordered my mother some flowers to be delivered sat 14th march they weren't received paid by PayPal because of the reviews on here, and sadly the flowers didn't arrive, I had an email after they had closed saying they couldn't deliver flowers, offered a better bunch for mon or tues (Mother's Day is Sunday?)or refund I opted for refund as that was my only money £39.90 to buy my mum something for the day it's now Monday Iv sent several emails, the last one I sent was yesterday saying if no refund I would contact PayPal and leave negative feed back and guess what no reply, so Iv opened a case against them and now leaving bad feed back, my poor mum who has had an awful time fighting cancer who I wanted to cheer up and make her day has had nothing !!!! "

"Useless !!!
Ordered Flowers to arrive yesterday - they did not turn up - have sent in E mail no reply - Phoned and all I have had all day is an answer phone to say offices closed - although is is mid day on Saturday and the answer phone says they are open until 3 - would never ever ever trust them with my Mums Mothers Day Flowers again !!

"I received a bouquet for my birthday, roses were half dead. Sent pictures, reply offered a replacement. Accepted a replacement, then heard nothing! Called them after 9 days. Have been sent a replacement today, they are ok but doubt they will last, also has 30% less stems than the original.
If the sender knew, she's be very disappointed, as am I.

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE. I emailed them regarding a bouquet which was nothing like the picture and damaged flowers this is the response I had after sending photos of the bouquet. I have since had NO CONTACT after numerous emails to them!

On behalf of eFlorist, I would like to sincerely apologise for this issue. This is not the service we expect to provide. We at eFlorist are extremely proud of the flowers although we accept that as we deal with delicate, perishable items some stems may perish sooner than expected.

When this is the case, we are keen to make amends and I am happy to offer delivery of a replacement.

Please could you confirm that you are happy for us to do this and also whether there is a convenient date for delivery as well as any changes that may need to be made to the address or card message.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused

"The worst customer service I have ever recieved. I would adivse you not to use this company. They did not keep me informed they offered to send chocolates with a sympathy bouquet staff cant cope with being asked questions. Simply horrendous. Sent customer service an email no response still after a week thats how much that they care!"

"DONT USE THESE PEOPLE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A DONT CARE ATTITUDE.

Ordered over £60 worth of flowers for delivery on Valentines day. Flowers were not delivered until very late (9.30pm) when neither of us were home and our kids were there to receive them. Delivery times on the website state before 6pm so this was well outside of that. i was actually concerned that i had dealt with a scam company and had lost my money.When they eventually turned up the quality of flowers were reasonable - but not worth the money.

Spoke to their customer services to complain about the late delivery and asked for a refund as this was not a good experience. Told that they would not refund as the flowers were delivered regardless of the time of day.

"Don't buy from this company, they sent the wrong item, I sent them an email for someone to contact me regrading a refund I've had no contact. My order was expensive and for a special occasion, what was sent looked cheap. and completely different to what was shown. My advice read all the other reviews then shop somewhere else. "

"DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I have use this twice now, first time was okay the flowers we not particlarly fresh but thought it may have been a one off. Second time i used them i ordered flowers for valentines day. they came on the correct date but turned up dead, brown, shrivelled. i emailed them and got no response. i phoned up and spoke to dominic and requested a refund and this was not allowed. i asked to speak to the supervisor but apparently he "wasn't available" and still waiting for my call back............."

"This was my 3rd order from them. first wasn't delivered on time, second one got the recipient all squashed and the cream de la creme was a Vanilla cupcake made out of flowers where they charged me 35 quid and it looked like it came out of the pound shop.
Don't go there, stick to reputable sellers or local florists and stop wasting your time with middle men like these lot.

"NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!
SEARCH TWITTER AND SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY LET DOWN EVERY DAY!

They did not deliver the £50 bunch of flowers I ordered for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day, they didn't text, call, or email to let me know there was a problem so I found out they hadn't been delivered when my girlfriend asked why I hadn't got her anything for Valentines!

I do understand that these things happen from time to time, however you should always judge a company on how they deal with a problem. These guys were absolutely useless! There is no telephone number of their website and they didn't reply to my email so I ended up finding a phone number by searching Google for their registered company address. I finally spoke to an insincere manager who made it quite clear he didn't care and only offered a refund or another attempt at delivery.

Of course they took the cash out of my account immediately, but I now have to wait a week for my refund.

USE SOMEONE ELSE!!

"Ordered flowers ten days in advance for Valentines Day and Birthday. Flowers were sent out with courier Yodel at 0900 on the delivery date. At 1750 the driver turned up and was turned away as we were leaving to dinner. The flowers had been sat in the back of his van all day and the driver was not aware of the parcel being flowers, after it had clearly been bounced around. No response from complaint line either. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company to avoid being let down by poor customer service. I eagerly await to see how long a refund will take."
