"Ordered flowers same day. Had an email later that afternoon to say they couldn't be delivered. No reason given until I pushed for an answer. Offered an upgrade the next day but that was no good, the special birthday was on the day they let me down. Will never use again, avoid."

"Absolutely rubbish service! I unfortunately got the house number wrong on the delivery information but emailed the company within 3 minutes of placing the order. They replied saying tough! It has been dispatched and there is nothing they can do. I fighter for them to phone the contractor but with no avail. I later got an email 12 hrs later to say my item had been dispatched! They couldn't be bothered to help me out. I would not use these people again."
"DO NOT USE this company. Having read plenty of terrible reviews which all seemed to relate to same day/next day delivery issues, I thought I would play it safe and attempt an order for a delivery well in advance of the date I required them.
However, eFlorist currently use Yodel for their deliveries and after failing to receive our flowers on the delivery date I called Yodel first. They stated that they have a contract with eFlorist that allows them to leave their deliveries outside the delivery address (presumably to save time and costs...) What this actually means it that they can effectively leave them outside any address they want to and claim to have delivered them (or perhaps, not even both to do that).
This is what happened to us. We were home all day, and I kept an eye out for the delivery van as I wanted to be sure not to miss it. At the end of the day, still no delivery and then I get an email from Yodal to say that it had been delivered at 11:30 in the morning and left "in a safe place" with a card through the door stating where. This was a complete lie as there was no card through the door and no flowers anywhere outside, not to mention the fact that there is no safe place outside my house, so even if they had left them outside, they would not be there for long, so this is a ridiculous way to delivery anything
After finally getting through to some at eFlorist (on 0800 298 7348 - they hide this number on their website - expect at least 30 - 60 mins waiting time if you actually want to speak to someone) they offered a refund or re-delivery of my order. I foolishly opted for re-delivery. While they were actually able to get a bunch of flowers out to my wife this time, what we actually received was a random bunch of flowers that were nothing like the ones I ordered and worth far less, and they didn't even come with the vase that I had paid extra for.
Now, after 4 days and many hours spent on hold, I am finally waiting for a refund for my order. What I actually expected was at least for them to send me the correct order and a refund by way of apology but any sort of gesture is clearly beyond this company so I have given up trying. Provided my refund actually materialises, I now just hope to put this whole sorry debacle behind me and never interact with this awful company gain.
I urge people DO NOT USE eFlorist, or Yodel for that matter. They have ruined my wife's Birthday and cost me days of time."
"Shocking. Dont buy from here. i ordered flowers for my wife and they never turned up. I was told 6pm then deffiniatly 9pm. But no mention of this on the website. For a birthday you would expect an AM delivery. Why would anyone want flowers delivering this time of night i domt know. Wish i would of read the reviews before buying from here. "I ordered some flowers for my anniversary to be delivered to my partners workplace which sadly didn't arrive on the right day. Once I picked up the flowers and got them home i realised that I had received in essance a box of buds not flowers I waited a couple of days for the flowers to open and then find they in know way resemble what I ordered. I emailed customer support about the problem and I received a nice email apologising and offering either a replacement or refund I replied saying I would like the refund . well three emails and two telephone calls later I'm still waiting on that refund or text or courtesy call from them "
"Ordered first thing on same day delivery service (for which a significant premium is charged) but received email in the afternoon saying that delivery not possible. They offered to upgrade and to deliver ASAP (whatever that means!). Very disappointed as the flowers were marking a special occasion and I could not make alternative arrangements. "I ordered a bouquet of flowers, which was quite expensive, for my fiancee as it was our anniversary and I was overseas. The flowers never arrived at the destination. I asked for more details about the non delivery status and their response was that the florist left the flowers outside the door unattended, without anyone singing upon delivery!! My fiancee nor the concierge of the building received anything from them!
After that, I tried to speak again with them through the live chat, where they re-assured me that the problem would be solved.It is pointless to say that nothing happened. I tried to contact them through the telephone but I was on the line for about 50 minutes and no-one answered the phone. Additionally a message informed me that the time has passed and the helping desk will not be available until the next day. I sent 4 more emails to ask for my money back but they haven't bothered to answer me back.
They have by far the worst customer service and certainly I will never order anything from them again. In fact I suugest that no-one should ever place an order, unless you want to loose your money."

This is a review from my personal buying flowers experience online with eFlorist.com
I tried quite many times and thought would them a chance but no they never change and still treat customer like garbage and their service is total disaster stressful terrible.
Every time i shop flowers online and order for certain date as you all would know that we need it for specific date for a special reason that's why we choose certain date for flower to be delivered but they seem to never care about it really. Every time flowers always arrive late at least 1day if not 2-3days and by the time you can tell that flowers are all dead in the box.
They never care or give a damn about how i complain every time and just blame on delivery courier or something else hence i always pay full price for dead flowers and ruin my life ruin my plan and every thing i plan to give to some on the date needed.
Gave them few chances and thought they would improve and change but no, still same thing happens again but this time not only delivered late but also delivered to wrong address and they still assured me that it had been arrived safely. Total joke disastrous irresponsible unacceptable.
So that's it , i had enough of them and their service. hope you guys dont make mistake as me.

"Disappointed! Whilst the Flowers arrived on the day required I have to say I was disappointed when my Mother sent a photo to show me what had arrived. Granted, I didn't expect the flowers to be in full bloom when they arrived but I didn't expect them to be quite so bland. I order the regular Paradise bouquet and I think here are maybe a dozen flowers included. I'd have gotten something better from a Supermarket at half the price. Teach me to look for the cheapest online Florist I guess. My Mum did say they had been packed upside down too."
"I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday for delivery to her work address. An address that has a receptionist present all day every day. They didn't arrive. Nor did I get the promised notification from eflorist that there was a problem so didn't know the flowers hadn't arrived. This led to a rather awkward conversation in which I asked my wife what she thought of her birthday flowers only to find they hadn't arrived.
That evening I filled in their online form asking where the flowers were. No response. The following day I phoned them and after 20 minutes on hold spoke to someone called Tammi. She didn't know why the flowers weren't delivered either and had to phone the florist they sub contract to in order to find out. In so doing she promptly cut me off. I didn't fancy another 20 minutes on hold waiting for eflorist to pick up and after getting no call back, went online and spoke to someone called Rachel on their webchat. She told me that Tammi had sent me an SMS to clarify the situation, I received no SMS. Rachel did her best to clarify the situation for me. She told me 'once we have had a response from our florist. We will be in contact with you.' To date I have received no further contact from e-florist.
The flowers were subsequently delivered at 4pm a day late. They look nothing like the picture. The picture showed an abundance of lilies and chrysanthemums. My wife didn't get any of either. Some of the flowers she did get were already dead, others were wilting.
A terrible service through and through. They didn't arrive on time, the flowers didn't look like the picture when they did eventually arrive and some of he flowers that we did get were dead or dying, I then had to spend a substantial part of my day running after them to find out what happened and despite constant reassurances from eflorist nobody from their team has made any contact with me to clarify or resolve the issue. Avoid, avoid, avoid!"

"Money is not the issue...the occasion and flowers i chose for that is. Roses wasn't supposed to be there at all and lilies have special meaning for the occasion. I don't expect you to understand, but honestly look into both pictures and tell me is that the same or even close to the order. Only one flower from all bunch is matching. Coloring is't same at all.
