"I ordered Superior Pink Lady which has just arrived. I am very disappointed in the lack of flowers in the box. Only a couple of each type of flower and in no way reflective of the picture on the site. I hate to think how small the standard bunch would be. You get more in a £5 bunch from a supermarket. I am conscious there may be a flower availability challenge in the current lockdown but if that is the case the consumer should be informed!"

"I ordered some gorgeous flowers from the rose and lilly collection, for my friend to let her know I was thinking of her during this difficult time as she is battling with COVID-19. I ordered the flowers on the 26th of April and I was amazed with how fast the flowers were delivered, just two days later! This special delivery made her day! When purchasing the flowers I also had the option to add my own touch to the package by including wine, gins, candles and the best surprise was free chocolates were part of the package. They send "in bud" flowers which simply means that the stems are cut earlier, so they last longer in your home, the flowers will appear tightly packed to ensure their life span is longer and the receiver has the pleasure of watching the flowers bloom! "The flowers arrived to my mother not in bud but petels fallen off one rose dead,leaves brown,not securely packed,the bunch was half the size of the picture they provide actually nothing like they claim you’re buying,I upgraded to the deluxe bunch aswell.Theyre false advertising.When I sent an email to complain they said there is nothing wrong with the flowers.I spent 33.98 on the flowers and the bunch I received weren’t worth more than 5 pound.How anyone can be happy with service like this is beyond me!I will not be leaving it here."
