"prices are great but you pay for it if you ever have to deal with their customer service, its an absolute joke. They don't even read what you write to them they skim over it and find what the general problem is then send you this scripted response that doesn't help you at all. They sent me a HDMI cable on december 26th using UPS, UPS delivered it to my local USPS store on the morning of the 31st. It is now january 5th. That part in general is not their fault but now USPS can't locate my package which has been sitting in one of there facility's for 6 days (yes you heard right lol the same freaking place for 6 days). Now here is the problem eforcity gave me a UPS tracking number but UPS doesn't have it anymore so the only way USPS can locate it is through a USPS tracking number which eforcity will not provide me. So now i have no idea where or when this thing will be delivered and i could have just picked it up over a week ago but eforcity just doesn't care enough to help out. They actually responded telling me they dont have the tracking number and to call USPS when i had told them i already contacted USPS and they can't locate it without the tracking number. They showed no desire to help me pick up my package at all. But what got me the most was just their not reading my message and sending me BS responses. So basically you get what you pay for, pay a little more somewhere else people because its hard to be worse then eforcitys customer service. I wouldn't be surprised if their customer service reps were 5 years old and copying and pasting responses back to you off a cheat sheet haha."

"I purchased 4 different toners for my color laser printer, Oki C3600n.
When it was time for me to use one of the toners I purchased, I discovered that all of the eforcity toner was rejected by the printer because it was "not genuine".
I contacted eforcity to replace the ink, but because I was beyond the 30 day refund period they refused to consider my complaint. I am now left with 4 useless toners and am never using this website again!"

I have ordered 5MP Webcam with mic. They asked me to download drivers from one site. Those drivers were corrupt and could not get installed on my system. I tried contacting customer service department 5-6 times but no any response from their side. That webcam is still with me which is of no use.
Will not order from eforcity again. TERRIBLE service!!"

"I ordered a Body Glove case and belt clip unit from eForCity.com for my Samsung Galaxy S cell phone. I received the item from this vendor, but it didn't fit my phone. I inquired about returning the item and they responded by advising me that I had to contact Body Glove. Of course, when I did so Body Glove said that I had to arrange for a refund/replacement from eForCity.com. Body Glove customer service was nice enough to give me the phone number for eForCity, but alas when you call the number and press 1 for customer service the message says there is no-one to take your call. I left two messages, but haven't received a response. There is no address or phone number on the eForCity web site, just an email address. So much for their 100% money back guarantee. I guess I'm lucky it was only a $23 item. Discover Card dispute services is my next option. What a hassle!"
