I have received NO response from any "customer service" agent. The message states that someone will get back to me in 1-2 business days. It has been over a week. Not only do they NOT return phone calls, the email addresses provided are invalid. I have kept myself on hold for over an hour trying to get a hold of someone. NO RESULTS!!! I will never order from this place again. HORRIBLE!!

"This is the third time I have purchased from this company. They are fast. The product is perfect, exactly what I want. I went to the store, bought a new TV for my living room. It was a return so I got it cheaper. Then when I went pick out some HDMI cables I was floored by the price. The first and only other time I purchased HDMI cables was from eForcity. Wow what a price difference. Poor selection too.

The price was so much better than the office store that I decided to order them. They arrived within one week and look the same as the other cartridges I've purchased. "
"I just bought an Ipod Shuffle changing cable from Eforcity. Unfortunately the cable did not arrive. Eforcity sent another cable which I received about 20 days after the order was placed.
Unfortunately the Ipod Shuffle cable did NOT work. I tried everything. I still have the original cable from Apple and if I replace the Eforcity Ipod cable with that of the Apple cable there are no problems.
It's also insane that I left a review of my order on Amazon and it was deleted! There were no inappropriate words or anything like that. I wonder if Amazon owns this company or something like that.. they seem to be passing off products that don't work!!! "
