"Very poor service. I ordered a battery charger for a Sony digital camera. They sent a battery instead, despite all correspondence detailing the device I ordered. They refuse to contact me to resolve the issue.

They provided free shipping, whereas competitors offering the same item wanted $8+ shipping to send a package that only weighed a few ounces. An order confirmation and tracking number via DHL was provided. They had the best price I could find, even better than eBay sellers in China. I had no problems with my order."

"Ordered an HDMI - DVI cable via Amazon from one of their affiliated resellers/alias'. Cable was priced well and shipping was prompt. However the cable does not work between my computer and television set. It works on my monitor fine but oddly my television does not recognize the computer input.
Upon contacting their customer service, and explaining the situation, I have yet to receive a coherent response. The first e-mail I received did not address anything my e-mail mentioned but simply asked for my order number. I re-iterated the fact that I purchased it through their reseller and added the order number. Their next e-mail was simply that they could not locate my order number and again ignored all the details of my reply. This went back and forth a couple times, ignoring all my questions. I'm convinced the customer service representative "Mamie" doesn't understand the least bit of English. I will not be shopping with Eforcity again."
"I was almost fully satisfied with my order and the timely delivery the only issue i had was that an item that was said to be compatible with my phone turned out not to be, other than that pretty good. I just hope i can return this item for a credit."

"Awful experience. Company is operating on Amazon under two names, selling the same item for different prices. I bought one of each thinking I was buying from two different sellers, so I could compare them. WRONG. Two listings, two separate seller names, two different prices, one crappy company. Customer service responded to the seller feedback with things like "you bought from two listings. please check your records." So far no one has explained why there are two listings under two different names and prices, or even acknowledged it."

Originally I purchased the double order package deal. It comes with 2 each of the 5 color tanks for my Canon ip4700.
This order is for 2 more wide, black cartridges. I have had to print alot of black/white docs recently. After close to a year I had to replace 2 color tanks today. I have no idea how they get their tanks to stretch so far. Oem can't come close. I have purchased and filled my own tanks for years. Had to start doing my own filling because $15.00 and up per cartridge was killing me. I ran across Eforcity by accident (what a great accident!) and have been exclusive with them ever since. Their pricing and quality of ink has allowed be to toss my refill equipment in the big green dumpster for ever.
My order was placed online and had to be the easiest transaction on the net. 2 clicks and your ready to check out.
My packages have always arrived several days before expected in great condition.
I pass on their web address whenever possible.
Never have I needed to know their customer service phone or contact us page.

"I purchased the "New Smart USB 2.0 Hi-Speed 4 Port HUB For PC Laptop" from eForcity via Buy.com on 11/26/10. When it arrived, all of my usb devices said there wasn't enough power to connect. I contacted eForcity via email and said that it would cost me more to ship the defective product back that the cost of the item and asked for a refund for the full original amount (product+shipping). My credit card posted the refund on 12/22/2010. I did not have to return the item and threw it away.
Excellent customer satisfaction, although I do question the quality of the products they sell."
