Be very careful with what you purchase.

"I used the parts selector on your site to replace a part on my mower. Part I order took a while to show up and when it finally arrived, it didn’t perform the function intended! I needed a N. O. Relay switch. I received a N. C. Relay. The item is useless to me. I’ve sent two emails to the customer “service “ department.
Good luck people….. Make sure you’re ordering the right stuff.

takes too long to get parts.

"I made an order for 2 rollers and two chains to repair my planner. You shiped one roller (took 10 days) and set the rest for drop shipment to be shipped Jan 5, 2024. Order was placed Dec 15, 2023.
My shop is down due to this. I ordered the chains from a different place and they come tomorrow (2 day delivery).
This is just not acceptable.

Unreachable

"I ordered 300 dollars worth of parts for an echo trimer I received two pop rivets and a little rubber adapter I was charged around 27 dollars shipping which was the amount for the entire order. I did not receive any of the other items. Tried to contact you and the answering device stated no operator was available and disconnected me. This happened several times. No explanation about the other parts any where on the packing slip. And you are unreachable. To find out if they are back ordered or if I need to order them elsewhere."

ORDER LOST

"I put in a online order Your order number is 19856125, OCTOBER the 10th 2023. Yes over two months ago.
I still Have NOT received my order. This is Totally Unacceptable and I hope this note goes to the top of your food chain.
I am terribly disappointing I did call a few weeks ago and the nice young lady told me that the parts had been moved to a new warehouse ok, and she told me that my parts were not available.
OK so what did I do I went right to the website and reordered the brushes alone they had them " you had them in stock about 50 of them I think. needless to say I was flabbergaseted but I ordered them 2 of them and I received my order in about a week or so, yes. Still have not heard from my october 10th order.

Had tried another vendor (what a mistake), and wound up cancelling the order and then contacting you again (should have done that to start with). Mahalo for your quick service.
