"I thought the service was fine except the speed in which it came. I ordered two items from SuperBiiz a fan and a DVD writer. I ordered them the same day, and I got the fan a couple days after the DVD writer. Which is fine, I guess. I'm putting together a computer and the fan was the last part to come in.(Well besides the case, thankfully you didn't send my parts via FedEx Smartpost). Like I said, the case hasn't come in yet, so I don't even know if the products work yet, but more than likely they will. I had one problem with the fan, however. One of the screws wouldn't go in holding the mounting points to the fan. I'm fine without it, but I just thought I should mention it."

"The item I ordered, a Zotac ION graphics card, arrived at my doorstep much faster than I had anticipated. The packaging was discrete, which I appreciate as it did have to sit out for several hours before I came home that day. The contents were well protected and the product box itself showed no signs of damage or wear as if it had come straight off the shelf at a retailer. The enclosed invoice had all the correct information and the product was in brand new condition. Installation was easy (although there was no manual or guide in the box) and straightforward using the included CD-ROM. I have been using the video card for a couple of weeks now and so far so good.
