Price was great, Shipping cost was high, monitor was poorly packaged. When I received the monitor at the post office the box looked like a bean bag or beach ball. The box looked like it had been rolled, but the monitor works great, so I guess you got by with some sloppy packaging and made some profit on the shipping.

One thing that I'll bring up with them - their account pages are not encrypted. This includes invoices. They need to change that immediately.
