The only thing I wish could be improved is the process for shipping to an address other than my billing address. With purchases from a place like this tending to be on the expensive side I don't feel comfortable with UPS or whoever leaving the packages on my doorstep so I have them shipped to my workplace. Every time I do that on an order I have to fax them a form. I appreciate that they are being cautious but I wish they could just remember in their system that it is a trusted address for my account to ship to."
