"Ordered a 23" Asus VH232H monitor. It arrived within a couple days, super fast ship! It was in a huge box!!! Double boxed with lots of packing between the outer box and the Acer monitor box. No dead pixels. The monitor looks great aesthetically and it performs well, it renders images with detail and accuracy. I like the input options HDMI, DVI, VGA, the resolution 1920 x 1080 (1080p) and that it has speakers. I bought it for computer duty however it has the inputs and resolution to work well as a 23" TV monitor later. Very, very happy with the decision to purchase from SuperBiiz. I've bought at least 4 other flat panel monitors online and this was easily the best packed of them all. If you want a monitor handled delicately, sold cheaply and shipped fast, I recommend SuperBiiz! And that's saying something because I'm a huge newegg fan."

I wish we had NEVER even heard of this company. They don't even have people that speak English very well working for them. It was very confusing. They make things up that are not in their policies AFTER the fact to save themselves money and harm the consumer/end-user. They were a royal pain in the butt trying to get the transaction (via credit card) authorized in the first place. THEN they take FOREVER to ship your order. When it FINALLY got here, it was an older revision than what I paid for. So essentially, they charged me for an old piece of crap when I could have bought the latest and greatest hardware for literally just a few bucks more elsewhere. Now they are stating that they are refusing to take it back or even exchange it. After having spent nearly $800 with them, they have ripped me off and clearly have no intent to make their past customers happy. Please don't be foolish enough to fall for their game!!! Caveat Emptor (Let the Buyer Beware of this shady seller)."
