"Bought what was supose to be a new Gigabyte motherboard. When it arrived, it had a Foxxcon CPU spacer on it and several bent pins on the socket. Also board would not post at all. Returned it with an RMA. 20 days later, I had to call them for an update. Was told the board was fine and they were shipping it back to me. I asked for a refund instead and was given every excuse in the book as to why I couldn't get a refund even with their 15% restocking fee. REVISED: After writing this review, I received a call from Ewiz and they where willing to refund my money. They even waved the 15% restocking fee which I was not expecting. Although my initial experience with EWiz was not not a good one, the end results of my experience with them turned out to be good. I know from time to time you get a bad part when buying online from anyone. Ewiz was difficult to work with but they came through in the end. I should also say, Ewiz does have very competative pricing as far as an online computer parts store, thus the reason I purchased from them, and I think they are working to correct some of the problems they've had in the past with customer relations and resturns. Thanks Ewiz for coming through in the end!"

"I have to say, in all honesty, that my experience with NewBiz.com has been fair and very reasonable. Although it took a bit longer to receive my Plantronics Audio 770 Virtual Surround Sound Headset than I originally expected, I DID choose the cheapest delivery method of delivery available and there was a hurricane visiting the gulf coast at the same time. I feel certain that had I chosen any other method, I'd have received my order in a much more timely manner. As for the ease of use and convenience of their site, I've seen none better in my years of online experience. They indicate that shipping processing time might be a few days. Probably in case they get busy, but my order left the warehouse the very next day, I ordered late in the day, and it arrived very quickly. For me it was only two days, but that may not be tipical.
