My (partial) response: I appreciate your invitation for me to spend more of my hard-earned money to be further disappointed by what I'm sure will be a response as lame as this. I will decline that offer of course. 13 days ago, I sent payment to you. It is quite an insult to have anyone expect me to believe that mail takes that long. To add even more insult, you would expect me to believe that a money order guaranteed by the U.S. Post Office needs to be cleared is outrageous.

I am convinced that my business is of no interest to your company.

I would suggest that someone take the time to revise your customer service information page so that potential customers are aware that payment by money order will take over a month from the time of mailing till the product is delivered.

They aren't even in the ball park compared to the other online retailers-they are in the dark age!
