"I placed a relatively small ($60 with shipping) order on 10/8.

Since I paid with a money order I fully expected to wait a little longer to receive the order. I've made hundreds of orders from various companies this way and it usually takes between 10 and 14 days from the day the order is placed until it is delivered.

In fact, I made four orders with other companies -after- placing the one with Ewiz. All four were delivered before the Ewiz order (two of them arrived before Ewiz even -began- processing my order).

On 10/20 Ewiz finally got around to beginning to process my order.

After a few days it still had not been shipped so I sent them an email asking about the delay.

They wrote back and I felt chided me somewhat for not using a wire transfer or credit card. They explained that they didn't receive my payment until 10/20 (poor mail service?) and needed 10 more business days to "process and clear" the money order.

"Huh?" I asked myself. I've never heard of such a thing. I thought the entire point of money orders was they're guaranteed and thus do not need two weeks of "processing".

I called the company that issued the money order and they reported that Ewiz cashed it 10/21.

I pointed out to Ewiz in an email that they'd been paid for this order and that the two week "processing" period for money orders was not mentioned anywhere on their website.

I asked them what further "processing" was required after the money order had been cashed and payment for the order received.

This email was ignored.

Ewiz stubbornly waited until 10/31 (12 days, 8 business days after cashing the money order) to ship the order and it was received 11/7, one month after placing the order.

Everything with the order seems to be fine, though it was placed on the bottom of the box with a bunch of those balloon packing things thrown on top.

Protect the top of the order but not the bottom?

So, though it took a month to get, I did finally receive my order in good condition.

After reading some of the ResellerRatings customer reviews here, I am a little disturbed that Ewiz freely mentions intimate details regarding customer issues on an open forum like this... sometimes even engaging in heated exchanges with customers."

"This is my first time using SuperBiiz and It wont be my last. I made my order and it shipped the same day and arrived with in 5 days what more could you ask for. There is a draw back to using them, they cost a little bit more than the other guys but their customer service is worth it.
