The checkout processes is straightforward, and by now I don't feel like I need to worry about products failing to meet their site descriptions when shipped, or expensive UPS Ground service. The biggest seller for me is the price. At the time of purchase, eWiz were simply the lowest bidders for the hardware I needed out of the merchants Froogle tracked.
