"I ordered a Tyan MB from EWIZ to save a couple bucks and found out when it arrived it was not compatible with my RAID Controller card. They did not carry the recommended MB I needed, So I asked to RMA the board, they said it would cost a 15 percent restocking fee. This would cost $39 plus the $20 they charged for shipping and $20 more to ship back for a total of $79 and I have absolutely nothing to show for it! Think about it, if you just paid $1000 for a C2D or FX CPU and decided to return it they would charge you $150 for someone to walk it back over to the shelf ,even if you didn't open it. Newegg doesn't do this. From now on I will just pay the extra for the extra service and less BS!!!!!"

The product what they shipped was difective & not fitting in the AM2 socket. I have really good experiance with handling the prcessers so I found that those pins were not allined properly.
As per the return conditions the product needs to be returned with in 14 business days of invoice date, 5 business were gone before I received it.
I wanted to say return policies were very bad and not useful with EWIZ I had to pay return shipping & it suppose to reach withn in next 3 days. Finally I was told that cpu can't be replaced because it was my fault. They don't have any curtosy and they don't consider customer satisfaction.
I dont suggest people to buy from this store not because of saving couple of bucks.
Unfortunately I have lost the totall money what ever I have spent.
So far they have not shipped my product back and also they did not give any written confirmation of rejecting the product. I don't have time daily to call and talk with them.

At any rate, I was disappointed with this overall transaction. In this order, I had purchased two 1 GB sticks of DDR2 RAM for $164 ($82 each).
Just days later, I noticed that eWiz.com was selling the same RAM for a significantly lower price at $64.38 each. Unfortunately, your company would not honor my request to refund me the difference in price (roughly $36).
As a result, I will never shop at eWiz.com again. It's unfortunate that you can't have a 30-day price match guarantee (or, heck, even a 10-day) like Amazon.com and other reputable online companies. Even a store credit of some magnitude would have sufficed, but this did not happen. Your company obviously does not want to retain its customers.

"You ALWAYS find out, HOW good a store is, when something goes wrong. I had ZERO problems with Ewiz, UNITL SOMETHING WENT WRONG. I had a motherboard go bad 2 weeks after It got here. It took multiple emails, and griping, to find out HOW to get it RMA'd. IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to find a EMAIL address for this place. AND, forget about a phone numnber. I had to just FLOOD them with email to all the common email addresses that most stores use. I finally hit it, and got an answer back,and was directed as to HOW to get an RMA. THE board got BACK there on the 10th of DEC. 34 days after purchase. BUT, I had been incontact with them for more than a week earlier trying to GET that RMA, SO, they KNEW there was a problem BEFORE the 30 days point. So, I was TOLD by Ewiz employee that it WOULD be handled as under 30 as I had been in contact with them, prior to that 30 day point. WHEN the motherboard got back to Ewiz, they DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT IT. They sent me an email, saying it would have to be done by ASUS, since it was OVER 30 days. IT does not matter to them, that they are breaking the law, OR that they tell me, a disabled veteran, that wonder of wonders, I am NOT disabled. BUT, I MUST BE A LIAR AND FAKER. ODD these nearly 40 Years since Vietnam, NO pre pubescent KID has EVER had the GALL to tell me, that I was faking getting nailed by a 155 mm Artillery round. So, they are NOT taking care of my motherboard, 275$ down the dump. PLEASE< PLEASE do NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE. THEIR prices CAN be matched, AND, there ARE people out there, that WILL stand BEHIND their warranties, and NOT tell you that you are a liar. THIS place deserves to be shut down.
