The lady whom called me promised a $10 credit for my next purchased, so two days ago im about to order something and email them about the special deal for the last cancellation. guessed what no reply from them. i think ewiz is not being honest with their customers, not a good place to buy stuff and dont expect any customer service experience from them. i dont think they have customer service at all.

"My video card came on time and intact. I had previously ordered a PCI Express card, which my motherboard doesn't support, so had to return that one. Customer service seemed friendly and helpful. I did have to pay the 15% restocking fee, but I knew about that when I ordered. They did say they could wave the restocking fee, if I ordered a different card (AGP) right away. If the one I sent back had any damage I'd be stuck with two cards though, so I chose to pay the restocking fee and play it safe."
