Yes, they do have good prices BUT you pay a price for that, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER.
I bought couple of memory sticks but decided to cancel the order. 15-20 minutes later, I go back into my account pages and it reads, "You may cancel your order as long as the "cancel order" button is still available below your invoice information. If the cancel order button is no longer available, the order has already been processed and can no longer be cancelled."
I didn't find the cancel button so I decided to give them a call to see if they can relay the message down to the wherehouse to cancel the order. I give them a call and explained the situation. The Customer Service Rep. replied, "It shipped". That's it, that's all he said. He didn't offer to do anything with it. Not anything like, Oh, when you receive the package, go ahead and refuse the package and we'll gladly take it back. And, how could they have shipped the item in 30 minutes from when I placed the order? And where was my tracking number if it has shipped? The number only came 5 hours later, that's it. They plain lied.
I was actually thinking of refusing the package but since I wasn't home, and since the UPS guy just dropped it off at my front door, I wasn't able to. GOOD THING I DIDN'T REFUSE! It reads in their TERMS that if I had refused delivery, then they'd take the item back, MINUS 15% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE! So I would have lost $30 just for refusing it! On top of that, I would have forgone the shipping fee of $13 for a total loss of $43 for dealing with this moneyhole!
PAY COUPLE BUCKS MORE AND DEAL WITH NEWEGG!

"This is like a fraud. I order a Super Talent flash drive, but they sent me a no-brand drive. In no way could I find any manufacturer's name on the label of the package. The product I received also differs from the one on the picture I saw on ewiz's webpage.
ewiz.com states that there is a lifetime warranty for this drive. I am not sure how I can claim the warranty when there is no manufacturer revealed to me and if the drive becomes defected one day.
ewiz.com wanted me to pay shipping costs for exchange. This is definitely a joke. They sent me something that is not my order. Think about this: If you ordered a sony laptop, but the seller sent you a no-brand laptop. what would you feel? I consider the transaction a fraud if I have to pay shipping for exchange. I certainly won't do any business with a company that is not trustworthy."

This particular order arrived in a crushed box with very little packing and both CPU coolers bouncing around in the box. I was surprised they weren't damaged. "Very unhappy with the 15% restocking charge. I have an unopened package of Super Talent memory I would like to return. This is my first experience with eWiz, unlikely to do business with them again, even if they are cheaper. There is another internet supplier whom I have dealt with and never in the last five years have I ever had a problem with a RMA for a bad part or just return because I was unsatisfied with the product. I'll keep the product and sell it on eBay, may lose $10 or $15 instead of $50 plus by returning."
"Worst customer service. Ordered an on sale item(motherboard), they never updated my order status. Come to find out they had over sold the item and had no back in stock ETA. Write them asking about my order and later sent a link to the in stock item on their own website!!! Was told my order was cancelled. :-( Watch out for this site!!!"
