"Placed order on 4/28. I was aware one item I purchased was back-ordered until 5/6 and expected item would be fulfilled after this date. A few days before the 6th, the order status updated to state ORDER PROCESSED - Order has been processed, currently in warehouse for packing or if include personalized item, it's being printed. Order cannot be edited or changed at this time. Nearly a week passed after the status update and I hoped by this time it might change over to shipped status. No movement. Try chatting with support line on two separate days and the customer service agents disconnected both times. Decided to email instead asking about status of order since item now stated it was back-ordered until the 16th of May. Asked if I could replace back-ordered item with a similar item of comparable value. Two days have since passed with no response and now the item has updated to state it will be out of stock until 5/27. If the White 108" Round Polyester Tablecloth won't be available, I'd just like to replace with the Ivory 108" Round Polyester Tablecloth which is selling for same price but it seems impossible to reach customer service for any resolution so I can get what I ordered ASAP!!!"

"Products are well packaged and marked. Chair sashes/runners/napkins/table and chair covers are well priced of good quality. After receiving the samples; order, we placed a bulk order (has not arrived yet). The shipping is SLOW, especially for such a large order. I think for the amount we spent, shipping should have been free or at least faster. UPDATE: WHEN I DID NOT SEE ANY EMAIL OR HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT MY LARGE ORDER AFTER 7 DAYS...I tried to call... NO PHONE #. THEN I CONNECTED TO THE CHAT. Was told my 50 chair covers were out of stock and would be available in 6 WEEKS!! SIX WEEKS??? My event was in 10 days! THEY NEVER ADVISED ME, EVEN TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF ACCOUNT PRIOR TO SHIPPING. Most companies do not do this! Then said the table cloths were out of stock. I asked "SO WHY DID YOU NOT TELL ME AND WHY ARE YOU HOLDING ONTO MY MONEY?" Needless to say...I will NEVER again shop here!!It took THREE chat sessions to get my money back! AFTER telling them I was going directly to PAYPAL. Another group of NON Americans putting money before customer service! YOU HAVE LOST THE 3 BUSINESSES because essentially you LIED."
"If you're trying to achieve a "rustic romantic" look, this may be the piece for you. I searched online and with local vendors, and this piece is very fairly priced. Beware that the color is not the usual wheat color, but something more like maize. But it is real burlap!"
"Terrible customer service. DO NOT order from this company. My order did not arrive at all and they did not honor the purchases. No email response was received from the email address provided on website. Several attempts to find my order all failed. There was no number to call, when i did find a number on my paypal account from company, I was on hold for ten minutes going through there automative system several times, only to get to the end and it say leave a message then followed with mail box is full, you can not leave a message. I decided to log onto chat, after the first wait, they disconnected on me. So, I waited again and then reconnected with Christina on chat. She was short and rude and not apologetic for her company's mishap, She did not give me options and address my concerns. I did not want a refund, I want my items. My wedding is this week and I have to scramble now to find my items and it is too late to order them from another site. Bad enough experience that I decided to find a review and inform buyers about this company. There are too many other great sites, THIS one is not one of them. "
