"One of my items was on backorder, so they did not ship anything. There was nothing on their website, nor any communication from them that the rest of the order would be held up. I had to contact them, and it takes them 48 hours to respond. There only solution was to change the backordered item to something else if I wanted my order sooner. As they are tablecloths for my wedding, that is not exactly possible. They also charged my credit card for the full amount without shipping anything. The only reason I'm satisfied at all is because of their low prices."

"The calla lily pen came in beautifully. Can't wait to use it. The book, however, came without the cover attached. The binding glue had dried out and it had fallen apart. I took glue that I have on hand and, I believe, did a quick fix. All I can hope is that it lasts through the wedding.
