"I am disgusted with the level of customer service I received from this company. They barely return e-mails and when they do they are completely rude and full of lies. I have been asking from a Manager or Supervisor to call, still have not heard from anyone and don't expect to either. I ordered an in stock Item and I did not receive it until 12 days after the date I ordered it, even though I paid an outrageous amout for FedEx. They finally gave a partial refund of the shipping charges ($5.00), but that is not good enough. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL. STAY AWAY!!"

I ordered some lightning protectors for $373.80 and found out after they got my money that they were backordered. They sent an e-mail asking if I wanted to wait a few days until they came in. The price was so good, that I thought it would be alright. On the day that they said the items would be in, they were not reachable as well as the day after. I let it go a few days and they still didn't get back to me as to whether my order was sent or not, so I e-mailed them to refund my money immediately. Then they sent and automated response that they were on a holiday and would respond when they got back to the office. Several days AFTER they got back in the office, they responded to my e-mails saying that I wanted the money back and said the items were now in stock. I told them that I wanted my money refunded immediately. Still don't have the money and had to open a claim with PayPal. DON'T BUY FROM THIS BUYER!!!"

"Sure wish I could talk to a LIVE person to find out when my order will ship or if I need to cancel my order & hope too get my $ back. The item bought was to be a birthday present for my husband (wish he had read the reviews before having me order). I understand they don't work weekends, but my payment was processed on the following Monday and now all I can get is a confirmation email stating they got my inquiry email. Guess this will be the only order we ever place with this company.
Update: The day after posting on resellers rating I received a call from the co. stating they would overnight my package at no extra cost to me (I had already paid $14.50 for shipping...way too high) and also send me a free cellphone cover. They did overnight the purchase and sent a very nice otterbox case for my phone. I am happy with the conclusion of the story but wonder what it would be had I not posted on reseller website. I will not order from this company again."
"I haven't heard or seen anything about shipping my order for a dehumidifier 2 1/2 weeks ago. My email from a few days ago was acknowledged as received, but not answered. "I ordered a Fellowes Shredded with my Mastercard. The next day I got an email saying that "There was an error in our inventory. We do not have stock on the item you ordered. We do not know when we might be getting it again and it may be a discontinued model." They should have known it was discontinued, and they should have never advertised it if they didn't have them in stock. It makes me worry about the security of my credit card."
"I ordered a pull-up projection screen from electOtronics, and it arrived broken twice (once delivered by UPS, once by FedEx). The first time I returned it it took about a month to get a new one, and the second one was picked up almost 3 months after reported broken. About 6 months after placing the first order I got a check with the full reimbursement.
Overall, the process was slow but the contact with electOtronics frequent and good. I cannot blame them that the product was broken twice, and some of the delays were caused by UPS and FedEx not being very responsive. I remained calm and polite through the entire process, and so did electOtronics.
Overview of dates:
End September 2010: projection screen ordered
Mid October 2010: screen received and reported broken
Beginning November 2010: first damaged screen picked up for return
End November 2010: second screen received and reported broken
Mid February 2011: second damaged screen picked up for return
Mid March 2011: check with full reimbursement received

Product finley arrived after 14 day's don't know what the problem was but glad it got here. when they finley shipped they did ship over night mail.. I ordered the item last weekend, after reading there reviews I thought it would be better to email them and find out what the status of the order was. 15 minutes later I was emailed back and told the item was out of stock and not expecting any soon. I was refunded immediately but when you research an item looking for the best deal you dont expect this or atleast dont want to get that response. Oh well should have read the reviews first."

"They have good and fast customer service. The items I ordered, were listed as in stock on-line. However after I placed my order they emailed me the back order info. I contacted them via email and they responded immediately. They arranged to have the items drop shipped from the factory and I received them only a couple of days later than I expected from the initial order.
I found the customer service to be fast, responsive and respectful."
