"I ordered an ipod speaker system. 11 days after placing the order I received an email stating that my order had not been processed due to employees catching the flu. Up until that email (all 11 days) my bank statement showed the charge. However once I got the email, the charge from the purchase was not taken from my bank account. Once I expressed my dissatisfaction in their company, they were quick to assist. They have shipped the original product free of charge."

"This was the only vendor I could find that sold the particular iPod interface I needed for my wife's car. Despite some misgivings about the overall ratings, I did order the part. I received a receipt and confirmation number immediately. More than two weeks passed, I got married, things were insane, before I realized I'd yet to receive the product. I was unable to find a phone number so instead emailed their customer support for an update. The next morning I had a shipment notification. Funny. Unfortunately it was for UPS ground and would not arrive until AFTER Christmas. SO not only did they fail to ship my order until I "reminded" them, but they failed to in any way expedite it or otherwise make up for the gaffe. Sorry. That's just unacceptable. One star."

I attempted to use their "live talk" feature to connect with a customer service agent - does not work. Sent an email - finally received a response that their online inventory is not correct and they don't have the camera after all. Because of this website and other customer experiences, I was proactive about inquiring about my order. "I received order confirmation promptly, but never a shipping confirmation. One week after ordering, I had to contact their customer service in order to find out that the website had misreported that the item was in stock. The item was actually out of stock, and they had canceled my order without informing me. They did not update the stock status on their website until I contacted them."

"Overall an A level experience. They were so efficient, that the only msg. I received from them was a verification of my order.
Then 10 days later, the product appeared delivered to my door no muss no fuss.
They delivered too on all their promises made on their website.
The only possible bad thing for them might be their minimal style of communication makes them seem utterly anonymous, which might make some customers anxious and suspicious because there is no way to contact them other than email. Other resellers will send a flurry of emails and follow up conformations Etc. until the product is received, as well as the shipping # to compensate for the email only approach.
That was NOT enough of a negative to take any points away from the fact that they were fast, easy to deal with and sent a product that was new and working order as they promised."

Excellent packaging and one of the fastest shipping I have ever experienced. Trust me that is rare since I practically do all my shopping online except for food of course. "I had doubts ordering from this store based on the poor reviews but since they had the lowest price for the PA system Fenders Passport PD-500, I decided to take the chance.
I first sent them an email asking if they have in stock. I received an automatic replay telling me that they will get back to me within 24 hours. I had no time to wait and I was just about to purchase the system from Ebay for $30 more when I saw another replay from them (about 5 minutes later). They confirmed that they have it on stock.
I went ahead and placed the order, then I emailed them back telling them that I will leave positive review if they ship it to me in a timely fashion. Next day I received another email that the system has been shipped, along with a Fedex tracking number.
Six days later (on Monday) the system was already here. For shipping I picked Fedex ground to cut on shipping cost because of the weight of the system (60lbs). I am very pleased with the experience and I will gladly shop from this store again. No store could have possibly offered a better service. Thank you!"

We apologize there was a delay on your order. The warehouse your order was shipping out of is in the midst of a system upgrade. Unfortunately, some orders are delayed more then we expected.
In any event we would like to make this up to you somehow by either sending you a free item or giving you free overnight shipping on another order. We do not like to leave any customer unhappy and we want to rectify the inconvenience on your last order.
Please let us know how we can make this up to you by either sending you a free product like a headset or giving you free overnight shipping on another order. We want to keep you as a customer and a happy one.

I explained that I had contacted them via Google Checkout's "contact the seller" web form. I also explained several ways they could have improved my experience. I thanked them, but declined their offer for free shipping or a gift, as neither would have made a difference. I did appreciate that though.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I paid $120.18 for a pair of wireless headphones. The price was great, but the service, non-existent.
The initial order was placed on 10/16/09. On 10/18/09 my card was processed. On 10/21/09, I checked the status of my order, and they still hadn't shipped anything or contacted me.
When I realized my order hadn't shipped, I emailed them and told them to cancel the order if they couldn't get it out that day. They didn't respond and I was forced to file a dispute with Google Checkout. Six days after placing my order it was canceled, finally freeing me to order the same thing from someone else for $5 more.
Their shipping policy states that all orders are processed within two days [unless they aren't]. In retrospect, they satisfied this requirement of their policy, but they don't actually comment on when they will get around to shipping anything."
