"I ordered a Monster Powercenter Oct 16th, it arrived on the 23rd Oct. There was a little confusion by FEDEX showing the item being shipped to Oregon, I am in Maryland. Everything cleared out the next day (FEDEX system had bad updated info on my package). Very low price on this item internet wise. Communication with them was great. I would recommend them to others. Just make sure you inquire about the item availability with them before purchase. Does it make sense . . . ?"
"There was an error on the order that was placed and I have made several attempts to contact cusomer service for correct the error by email (there is not a phone number anywhere on the website). There has been no response from the customer service or anybody else. I would be very leary of doing business with this company. So far my experience has been awful.
UPDATE: Customer service did contact me after a couple of days & they did quickly correct the error. Supposedly they were busy with a large volume of emails from customers. Since they did not have the item I wanted in stock, I cancelled the order & thus don't know much more about the company."

I ordered on september 10 and it took them 7 days (5 business) to contact me to tell me one item I had ordered was not in stock.I said this was fine, ship the rest. I then talked to customer service on the 21st and they said my order was shipping that night. The next day I got another email saying another item I ordered was not in stock. I canceled my order. Both the items that weren't in stock according to them are still listed as in stock on their website. Electotronics needs to sort out their inventory."
"The price was great, but the rest of the transaction was anything but great. They took five days to ship the product, not the two stated in the policy. It took another week to receive the product, only to find that it was defective. It took three days to get an RMA number, and a week after they received the returned item to process the credit return. I had too pay the shipping costs for returning a defective item, and they did not refund the original shipping cost. I will never buy another prodict from this company again."
"I just wanted to say that ElectoTronics has the best customer service. I ordered an Avanti Wine Cooler that arrived damaged. I reported it to them and they immediately issued a return call tag to have UPS pick up the unit. It was returned to them and my account was credited properly. They responded promptly to all of my email inquries. I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future."

"I came in and read the other reviews about them not having items in stock but showing items in stock on the website. I decided to take a chance and order anyway. Save your time. 2 business days (4 days total including the weekend) and the order had not shipped. No word from them so I decided to contact them via their live chat. They then told me that they did not have the item in stock anymore and it was dicontinued and they would refund my money. Customer service was great hwoever I am a little upset about being pointed in the wrong direction. 3 stars. I do not know how to submit a Google review so I am doing it through this resellerrattings.com instead. They should get a better website or update it more often so they don't waste peoples time. "I placed an order through electOtronics.com on 7/15/09 for a portable air conditioner unit. After some thorough researching online, it appeared they had the best deal to offer in regards to price (their unit was everywhere from $50-$200 cheaper than other major retailers I looked into). Needless to say, utilizing them seemed like a really good idea.
The day after I placed my order, I was notified by a Customer Service representative and informed that the cost of shipping calculated in my original order was incorrect. It turns out, the actual cost for shipping and handling was much higher due to the weight and bulk of the item ordered. The didn't know this until the item was packaged and ready to ship. The difference in price ended up being about $58.50 total. And the reason for their e-mail communication was to inform me of this and politely ASK my permission to charge my credit card the difference. I was very pleased with this almost-immediate action, not to mention the fact that they asked me first rather than just charging my card when they already had the info to do so.
Unfortunately, the item I ordered was already fairly expensive and I was only able to come up with the amount I was originally showed it was going to cost. I responded to the e-mail to let them know my situation and that same afternoon, the situation was resolved with no problems. After several e-mails back and forth (that took no longer than 20 minutes for them to respond back to), they ended up cutting me a break and allowing me to pay the few extra that I could. Immediately after, I was sent a shipping notice and tracking information.
Though it was ground shipping, and it sometimes takes longer, the package was shipped on 7/16/09 and arrived here to CA yesterday 7/21/09 (for a total of 5 days including the weekend). I visited this site shortly AFTER placing my order and saw some of the reviews that had been written. Though my ordered had already been placed, I was a bit anxious to see what was going to happen next.
I can't believe I even worried for a second because everything about this company and my order was handled in a timely and appropriate manner. My order came as it should have, with every part and accessory. Nothing was damaged, broken, or missing. We had it hooked up and running in literally 10-15 minutes. It's working great... I have it on now and the difference in my room is very noticeable!
VERY pleased with my experience with electOtronics and I will be doing business with them again in the future. :)"
"On 6/20/09, I ordered a Rhapsody Ibiza 30GB MP3 player. Two days later, I received an email from electOtronics.com that "There was a mistake in our inventory. We are out of stock on the item you ordered right now. We are expecting more around 7/5/09.", and if I would like to back order the item. I replied yes.
So I waited. And waited. And waited. Finally on 7/10/09, I spoke to a sales tech via their chat (they have no phone # I could find). I asked why they were still advertising this item for sale if they were out of stock? Their reply was that once in a while they might get one or two in, so people had to inquire about the availability via chat.
I asked, if you get one or two in, wouldn't you fulfill the existing orders first (like mine)? They didn't have a good reply. I cancelled the order. electrOtronics.com is a joke. For anyone considering ordering from them...for any reason...think again!"
