"Ordered 2 items. One was supposed to be delivered but was never delivered. The other item would take a month even though rush processing was requested. Sales rep gave me hope that the items can get to me by the deadline. I shouldve gone with another merchant.
Customers should be given the chance to work on the artwork on the ACTUAL item itself. Right now we are only able to upload the artwork. However, we are not able to work on how it would look like on the item. This would expedite things rather han waiting for the artist to come up with something that needs to be revised.
Epromos could always review the end result and make suggestions."
