Luckily, UPS was able to guarantee delivery to my area by the next day. I was really impressed by how he wanted to make sure I got my order without complications."

The color of the blanket was way different than the color shown on the website. She was able to switch the color for me. Initial Review: Working with epromos has been a very frustrating experience. The delay in providing the mock-ups, the lack of attention to the changes required, and finally, the delay on our product delivery as a result of this process in a small order such as ours.
I submitted this same feedback to the 2 representatives I worked with on 8/18/2017 and haven't heard back from them at all. It was a display of poor communication and bad time management.
I also want to point out that 3 weeks before submitting my order I asked the representative to tell me if they would not be able to fulfill my requests so I could seek another company. Although I got a commitment that they would the results demonstrate the opposite."
