"I had trouble with getting the shipment in time, which was my concern from the start of ordering and why I ordered by phone to double check. But the delay was in part because of a machine breaking down, and then a mixup on overnighting vs. regular ground shipping. They tried their best to communicate with the manufacturer, etc. to authorize Saturday Delivery, it still didn't come until Monday, the day after the event I needed the items for. But then they refunded me fully even after delivering the product on Monday. So, despite the trouble and disappointment, I am very grateful for their honorable customer service after the fact."
