Despite this glitch, I was helped by Karl Gilbert via the online chat, and he made the rest of the process easy and seamless. He gave me a discount for the inconvenience, and was extremely fast to respond, and helpful throughout. Somehow, it felt easier and better to complete the order through the chat/Karl than the website itself.
