"We order 200 black facial masks and needed them by August 7 for an event on August 9. ePromos worked with us when so many others had face masks backordered. Personal service and recommendations for imprint colors. It was also nice to get samples before we made the final decision.

Our people were very happy with the final product and we passed them out to our students and faculty going back to school and we are mailing them to our college students today.

And the water bottle we purchased is also quality!

"Myself and my company have been ordering from Epromos for several years. My most recent order, for thousands of dollars, was placed several weeks ago for a special event we plan to host for our community, which will include giveaways of our Epromos items. When placing my order, I received a confirmation email that showed shipping in plenty of time for my event. I also specifically reached out to our brand expert to ensure I was placing the order with enough time for it to come in and be assembled with other gifts before the event. I was advised that I had given enough time and ensured several times throughout the process that the order would ship on 8/12. It is now 8/18, with our event scheduled for 8/22 and I just received an email that the order did not, in fact, ship on 8/12 but is scheduled to ship 8/27. All of this after no word from Epromos about shipping on 8/12. At which time, I reached out to the company to follow up and was advised, yet again, "confirmed that the order will ship today" . This is extremely disappointing, unprofessional and completely misleading. Other companies offer the exact same products yet I chose to go with Epromos because they ensured several times that the order would ship on time. All of this to now be left empty-handed only days before the event with no time to get anything else. The company had no problem reaching out for immediate payment but spent 0 time updating me on the order without me reaching out or fulfilling their assurances of shipment times. "

"Mallory was an excellent representative. She is knowledgeable, professional, and prompt with responding. However, I requested a sample of a face mask before I was to purchase a large quantity stamped with our company logo. I received the sample in the mail and I liked the snug fit, so I ordered. Once I received the order, though, the masks were larger and didn't fit the same way the sample fit. They are still functional for the most part; I'm just a little disappointed that the sample doesn't reflect the actual product I received. "

"From the first phone call, I felt like we were in good hands.

I had called a formerly-sourced competitor, who could not/would not work with us to match the product and custom logo graphics, even though I sent them photos of our dwindling stock item and they sent me a sample product which exceeded my needs, leading me to believe it COULD be done. They couldn't understand why I wanted our logo a bit larger than they mocked up. (Duh, because I want it to look as much like the one we have as possible?) They said they couldn't do it, even though the product to be printed was 1/4 larger.

ePromos was personable, strove to understand the need, looked at the pictures of the item we were trying to match. They carried the same product we had, and were able to produce a mock-up with (possibly) less than ideal logo artwork format from us, the same day!

Due to COVID-19 we had to go to remote work which delayed our purchase at least 2 months, but when we were ready and able to order, we were able to pick up right where we left off and received our order quickly and in perfect condition - logo and all!

I highly recommend this company for their personal touch, lightning speed, and quality work. They beat the competition HANDS DOWN. Subsequently on TV I have seen the competition advertising. It looks slick, but I know the truth. They don't have the desire to make the relationship a solid one. ePromos will be our go-to as long as I am placing orders!"
