"etrailer had the right chains but didn't know it. I wanted Titan ladder tire chains, Type S, Twist Link, size 225/60 R17, normal Subaru Crosstrek size designated on the tire. Both etrailer and Titan Chain said TC1138 chains. I bought 1 set but they didn't fit ... 2" too short for the circumference of my tires. I returned them and asked if I could get the next size larger. etrailer said "NO, that's the listed size, you need to purchase Konig diamond pattern chains" at 4 times the cost and not as good traction. I looked on their website and found, after about a 5 min. search, the next larger size in Titan chains and purchased 2 sets. They fit perfectly! etrailer doesn't know their product and Titan Chain doesn't know their sizing. In this case, 2 Wrongs make a Right. I am somewhat satisfied and somewhat bewildered. I thought etrailer was better than that."
