"I had to drive out to a UPS warehouse where they had my fifth wheel hitch I ordered to pick it up because their driver didn’t want to deliver it even after paying the 200-some dollars for shipping. I went out of my way to go for it 30 miles away, and I didn’t get compensated for diesel or the rock chip in my truck windshield also. I think that etrailer should reconsider their business with UPS as I’m sure I’m not the only one with this experience when ordering heavy items. Seek a company that will actually fulfill their shipping requirements. When I asked what would’ve happened to my hitch if I couldn’t come out for it, the UPS guy said “I don’t know.” But they gladly ate up all the shipping/transport fees."

Plus, they charged me shipping fees each way for delivery and return and took it off my refund AND it took them 5 working days of constant nagging from me to get them to send me a return shipping label!!!
