"I have sourced my trailering, vehicle racking, and towing needs from etrailer for years. I promote and recommend them whenever I can. I ran into a problem recently where they shipped me a part of an order for racks that had been returned by a previous customer incomplete. A receiver at etrailer simply did not inspect the returned item to make sure the parts were with the item. That led to delays in my installation and two shipments of replacement parts. They need to closely inspect returned merchandise to make sure all its parts are there. Otherwise they are a wonderful company. "
