"I WAS PURPOSELY SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT FROM ETRONICS!I purchased the Astra 1000RS-2W1 Remote Starter/Alarm with Two 5-Button Remote (which is what my invoice and the stickers on the top of the box confirmed, But was ACTUALLY sent a cheaper,PLAIN astra 100rs (which is what the box said underneath the stickers, the manual as well as the missing extra parts confirmed). Not knowing about an alarm makeup, I paid to have it installed. Only to find out afterward that I was cheated. When attempting to contact etronics there was no customer service number to speak to someone about the situation and after emailing and finally speaking to a rep, there was NO remorse/concern and only decision was to refund the cost of the product...NO money or assistance on the installation or removal of this fake alarm!!!Not even sympathy!!!Nothing! Never dealing with this company AGAIN!!NO REFERRALS!
