"Our Etronics experience was fabulous! We ordered the AudioSource AS6S 6 1/2 2-Way 200-Watt In-Wall Speakers. We immediately received a confirmation of the order. A couple of hours later, we received a confirmation that the order had passed through verification and authorization. Because we went with their slowest shipping method, we expected it wouldn't ship for 5-7 days. It shipped the next day! We received notice of that and the UPS tracking number!

Everything worked out perfectly and next time we need electronics, if they have it and they have the best price (or close to it), we'll definitely order from them again.

"Ordered a specific model and brand name of product as advertised: Sony Ericsson CLA-60 Car Charger For K750i/W800/P990i. Photo of product also showed an original Sony product. I recieved 2 generic and low quality "compatible" car chargers. The recieved order was not what was advertised or ordered, and I shipped it back for return.

Return was handled efficiently, but time spent on ordering and sending it back has lowered my level of confidence and trust in further orders with Etronics.

Furthermore, such products are not advised to be used with sony products even by the maufacturer themselves, due to low quality function and possible damage to original equipment. i.e. Sony phone with a non sony generic charger is not ideal.

"I ordered a cell phone headset that included a "free" leather carrying case. I received the headset, but the free case never arrived. I emailed the company and they informed me that the case would arrive soon. A week later, after not receiving the order, I checked their website and my order had been changed (it no longer indicated that a free case was included). I emailed the company again and they informed me that a leather case was never advertised. I pulled up their website and there it was! They still wouldn't send it. The next day, the free leather case was no longer advertised. I am not happy about advertising a product and not sending it. I wouldn't buy anything from this business again.
