"Wow, I was really hesitant to order eyeglasses online but I seriously love eyeglasses.com and have been telling everyone to order from there. I spoke by phone with a customer service rep in Pittsfield, Mass. who was so friendly and easy to get hold of. (I wanted to talk to a live person to get a sense of whether this was a legit business). "Not so good. When I made the order on September 1, the glasses were listed as "In Stock". I got an email on September 4, that the glasses had now been put on "back order" of 1 - 2 weeks. It is now September 15 and I STILL DON'T HAVE THE FREAKING EYEGLASS FRAMES!!!!! I'm ANGRY because my husband, who needs the frames, needs them for work and is having trouble putting the shields on over the tape that is holding his present pair together. I hear about it several times a day on a daily basis. I'm getting tired of waiting. Get them here ASAP!!!!"
