Unfortunately, I needed to return the frames because the style/fit weren't quite right for me. (That was not the fault of Eyeglasses.com.) The return process went smoothly, and I received a personal email that the frames had been received and that I could expect a credit to my credit card account. In sum, I could not have asked for better service from Eyeglasses.com."

"Everything was pretty good. It says "kids" on the glasses. Says on website it is designed for men. Not sure if it is a mix up or not, they fit small, I wish it had specified on the website so I could have chosen a bigger size. I'll keep them though, they look good, and I don't think it is worth the hassle."

When we receive orders that have a billing address in one continent and a shipping address to a different continent, we implement additional fraud protection procedures, especially when it is a large value order with 5 items in it. One item was discontinued, and another item was backordered for 3 weeks - and this led you to cancel your order. We have the world's largest eyeglasses catalog with over 200,000 items and sometimes this does happen. Also, we normally we implement a 20% restocking fee for returned items after the third item, but we waived that for your order.
