"I recently purchased a camshaft, lifters and rocker arms for a typical 5.4 problem, lifters failing in pass. side. Upon further diagnosis the head itself was found to have significant damage. I went through the oroper channels and requested a RMA. None of the merchandise had been opened, theyallowed the camshaft to be returned, but denied all the lifters ans rockers stating that the individual price of each one was under $8. Considering that I bought a complete set I am highly upset at the lack of customer service that only allows for 1 item to be returned. They will not receive anymore of my business or recommendations to other if this is the way they do business. It was over $100 for the lifters a rockers, this is completely unfair in anybody's book!"
