"I came across this site after searching online by part number (hub cap). The price was a few dollars cheaper then a couple of other sites, specifically they had it for $26.34, other sites had it for $32.58.
I added the hubcap to my cart, and chose a shipping option, I picked the Paypal option to pay.
The next day, I receive an email from FordPartsGiant.com stating there has been a price increase. To process my order they required an additional $8.48. I was very surprised, as I've never experienced this before. I contacted customer service via their live chat. I was greeted with great customer service. When I mentioned what was going on, they very nonchalantly said just like the email "You must pay the price increase to have your item shipped".
No where on their site does it mention price increases. Beware, if it's good price, think twice!
