When I received the package all that was in the opened and taped up kit box was the 6 coil’s “loose”. Well already then I guess that shows what there customer service attitude is !!"

"You wanted a catchy title. Anyway my one bit of advice would be if you could have a parts diagram that shows the whole assembly and where the parts are located. It's a little tough sometimes to narrow down what you need if the image does not reflect that.

"Do not order from here. I placed an order on 5/31 for parts to fix my work truck. Today, 3 days later I get an email stating their has been a price increase of over $20.00.

I placed the original order because of the price. It is your job to maintain and update your web site. It is a poor way of doing business to wait until the order is being filled to verify you have the correct price on your web site.

I just now checked the current price on the web site, and it STILL list the price I initially purchased at. https://www.fordpartsgiant.com/.../ford-solenoid-engine... for $56.93 ea, same as my e-mail.

I called and the lady that answered was rude and could care less. I will never order anything from a place that operates this way, which is bait and switch at it's finest."
