no support/ lost my email

"There appeared to be a discrepancy in the description/image associated with a part number. I needed clarification before ordering to make sure I received the correct part. I used the chat option and was told they couldn't help me with parts issues. I called the toll free number and after a long hold was disconnected. I then put everything in an email and received an automated response saying someone would get back to me. This is a time sensitive order and when I heard nothing back I called again the next day. I was told the only option was through email and the individual checked my email address for communication. he told me you had no communication from my email. I read him the automated response form Parts Giant and he told me there was nothing he could do. Not what I expected when dealing with Parts Giant!"
