"Ordering online was easy, until I realized I had to call in to complete my order. I understood this until I realized it was in order to upsell & add onto my order. It took 48 hrs to finalize my order because I tried calling in & they were closed "prepping for their mega sale" and the phone automatically hung up on me. Once I got it ordered I got it very quickly & undamaged (order #50361). Unfortunately; the extra lense that came with my order wasn't in the package. I had to wait ANOTHER 48 hours to call because AGAIN they were "prepping for a mega sale". INFURIATING to say the least. Hopefully will get 2nd pkg quickly (#50742) "
