"The good:
Prices were good. Shipping was reasonably quick, not the fastest but they shipped it after a few days.
The Bad: I was called by Fumfie trying to sell me an extended warranty. I told them I would think about it, and they charged me for it anyway. I had to call back twice, leave an email (never responded to) and finally I got someone who said they would reverse the charge for the warranty. It has been a week and I have not received my refund yet.
UPDATE: After posting my review, 'Sean' from Fumfie reached out to me very concerned with my poor experience and remedied the situation by providing the aforementioned credit, along with sending me a 6 foot HDMI cable for no cost.

"I'm very pleased with the Canon G12. Placing the order over the phone was very easy. The added specials were unexpected and greatly appreciated. I found the camera price to be very competitive. Being a repeat customer, I knew to expect quality service from Fumfie.
My only complaint is that I was promised a shipping promo of expedited shipping in 3 to 5 business days. I placed the order on Sept 20th, but didn't recieve the camera until Oct 2nd--and this after calling to find out why the delay.
I remain a loyal customer of Fumfie and will order from them again for my next purchase."

"The lens arrived. What the seller did not say is that the lens appears to be, what I am told, is a "gray market" lens. That is it comes from over seas, and without a warranty. I suggest you check the products for this could be a problem. Since writing this, the seller has called, and provided a free two year warranty. That is excellent marketing, and appreciated. Still, they should list these products correctly. Consequently, I have added one star to the original rating."

"Initial experience with them was really rough, due to the pushy salesman trying to sell me stuff that I didn't want or need. Frankly, he kept talking about a battery that lasts four hours instead of the usual 45 minutes, which he wanted to sell me. However, for cameras batteries are measured in shots, not time, and I got tired of him pushing me to buy extra junk that doesn't even make sense. So I canceled my order. Later, a customer service rep called, asked what went wrong, apologized, and sent a courtesy package with some accessories for the camera (which I had since bought somewhere else) for free. So, overall, a strange experience, but they do work hard to make you happy in the end in order to keep their ratings high. I may have just had a bad salesman, just be careful, don't let them talk you into buying anything you don't need if they try. "
"I was a little concerned after I placed my order, since I read some negative reviews of Fumfie online. It did take some wait time to reach the customer service over the phone. However, once I talked to a real person over the phone, all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. And the order were received without any problems. I would recommend this merchant, since the price was good."

"Firstly, Fumfie, unlike hundreds of other online merchants, will not allow shipment to an address which is not a billing address on your bank account. This mix-up required me to make an additional trip to the bank to add my intended shipping address as a potential billing address on my account, a trip I didn't necessarily wish to make, but was forced to make by Fumfie on pain of not receiving my item. Secondly, upon clearing up the billing mishap, I was shipped the wrong product. I received the Bose AE2i instead of the regular Bose AE2. I assumed that the AE2i was simply a newer model of the AE2 and opened it. To my dismay, I found that due to the 3-ring tip on the connector (used for microphone for iPhone/iPad), it does not work with the mixing board I intended to use it with. Due to my having opened the product, Fumfie refused to take my return and instead advised me to sell my headphones on the internet.
My overall impression of Fumfie's customer service agents was that of inflexible, obstinate, parsimonious company men/women with little genuine concern for the satisfaction or convenience of their patrons. I will be panning this site for the foreseeable future."

"Extremley dissappointed with how they handled a defective camera then sold me. First of all they sold it with a starter package of junk, reformatted SD cards, a camera case that stunk and was way too big. When I tried to return the camera as it leaked the first time I used it (panasonic TS4). They gave me an RMA number had me return it and told me if they determined there was no damage they would return it. Instead they called my husband told him i refused to send it to panasonic and they were sending it back, we had to send to Pansonic. They did determine that there was no damage to it. Why would a company give you an RMA (let the time elapse to return), then send it back...will NEVER buy anything from them again. "
